我們要了一個雙人和一個三人房，包含早餐晚餐，每晚59歐，房間很華麗，床很舒適，淋浴強大。我們還得到了一瓶酒。週中休息，不忙。晚餐不錯，惡習是我們預訂的是7:30但到了9點才能吃。甜點是機制的，太甜了。早餐是自助餐，很熱，有很多選擇。蘇打麪包沒有了，桌上沒有黃油。另外，很舒服的入住，安靜的城堡，美麗的景色，還有汽車公園，雖然很小，很難進去。

Fabulous hotel, lovely staff very clean. But i do however have to give a special to kerrie on reeption. from the moment she booked us in to the moment we walked out she took care of us and treated us with so much kindness.. on one of the nights we also seen her takeover in the bar as they must have been short staffed at the time, and i cannot fault that girl at all. She is multi-talented and has the purest soul. she really made our stay what it was, have to give her credit where it is due.. if everything else was hrrible (which it wasn't) she would convince me to come back and make the stay all over again!

Just back form what was supposed to be a 2 night stay but turned into 4 nights as we were enjoying our stay so much! The rooms are very nicely decorated and the beds are incredibly comfortable, we had a deluxe balcony room on the first 2 nights and then booked the suite for the last 2 nights. The suite was well worth the extra money!! It's huge with a beautiful view of the castle and a spa bath! We had food in the bar on the first night which was delicious and the service from Nicole was excellent. So a big thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable especially Leila, Emma, Shane and Kerri. We will be back!

Enjoyed 2 nights here at the beginning of the year. Great value mid week for bed and breakfast. We had a Castle view room which was lovely. Room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Great choices. Lunch in the bar was lovely. Friendly bar and reception staff. Free parking a big bonus in a city based hotel.

Bel emplacement pour cet hôtel en bord de rivière et vue sur le château En revanche le prix des chambres est trop élevé par rapport à la prestation proposée : l’hôtel est un peu vieillot Le parking est encombré par les poubelles et la cour et l’entrée manque de charme Le petit déjeuner sous la forme de buffet est copieux mais les produits sont basiques et sans originalité

This hotel is in need of a serious renovation. We arrived to the ceiling in the bar area leaking from several different areas and a strong smell of mold and mildew. There were buckets spread all over the floor catching the water. The beds may have been the originals to when the hotel opened. They have zero cushion and are actually warped. There is no AC in the room and the windows barely open causing for a very uncomfortable temperatures in the room. The hotel has lots of possibilities for a great hotel but needs a lot of money put back into it. The location is really good. I would not stay again.

Beautiful location along the river just across from Kilkenny Castle. Nice rooms, lobby, good breakfast buffet. Only large negative was the afternoon tea experience we booked. Food was fine, but horrible service and poor location. Set us within inches of bar and had music speaker blaring within a foot. Not the calm, relaxing, quiet experience we were expecting from their description when we booked it. Waste of money for sure. But rest of our experience there went well. Definitely appreciated that they had fans available in the room, since there was a heat wave during our stay.

Arrived to the ceiling leaking in the dining area with a VERY STRONG odor of musty mildew. Got to our room to no AC and windows that open literally 3 inches. The hotel is in dire need of a renovation including ac in the rooms. It is a great location but the building is in dire need of updates. Would not recommend
