The staff was always helpful. They had early morning breakfast Helped us with our laundry. The rooms were very quiet. Hope to come back some day

Since ********** went to OneKey the desk clerk said they only get a request for a room not the type of room reserved so only one of the rooms out of 3 was the type of room I reserved on **********. The staff was very helpful, breakfast was small but had everything we needed. WiFi was okay early in the morning but less reliable after about 8:00. Parking in the lot was pretty hard to find after 9;00 p.m. We would stay again if we were ever in Killdeer again but would probably request a room in the newer part. Overall a positive experience.

This hotel had always honored state rate for state employees. The new management not only did not honor state rate (only $10 less than their normal rate), she said they will never honor any rates or specials for government employees. The breakfast was excellent, room small.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was really clean. Only thing was sign in lobby stated breakfast over at 8:30 am but my daughter went to eat at 8:15 and everything was put up.

I called because we were going to be a late check-in. He let me know restaurants close by 8 in Killdeer, so to get dinner before driving in and no problem if we arrived before midnight. We were greeted when we arrived and breakfast was 4-8:30. (The majority of guests are oil field workers). It was quiet, clean and everyone was very friendly. If you're looking for a place to stay between the south and north sections of TRNP this is a place to consider.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Homemade cookies everyday at 5! No complaints about our stay.

I held off to write a review until my third extended stay visit because the staff is so nice and I felt bad saying anything negative. During my first two stays housekeeping didn’t come in once during that 10 day period and cleanliness was below average; they made some staff changes so the most recent stay was much better. My main issue is they advertise kitchenette, but the small sink, counter, lack of lighting, and mini fridge don’t get the job done. Due to health reasons I need to actually cook and make healthy meals, and because the freezer is hardly big enough for anything, a bunch of my food went bad and had to be tossed out. Also, nothing is provided (utensils, basic cook wear) so it’s a lot of extra stuff to pack. Lastly, the internet is horrible. Unless the router is reset every few hours it doesn’t work, so I’d have to use my phone as a hotspot or call the front desk all the time. The breakfast is nice and I enjoyed the free wellness center passes, but it’s just not worth it and in the future I’d rather stay in Dickinson with actual kitchenettes or on the job site.

Exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Hot breakfast was available starting at 4am and hot cookies available every day at 5pm. My only complaint was that the size of the room was very small and the bathroom wasn’t much bigger than a closet.

Very clean, good hot breakfast and the staff was very accommodating. I got in at 2am and they provided a late check out! I would stay here again!
