My family had a great stay. The Rooms are very clean and the staff are very sweet. Very helpful as well. Lots of stores near by and shopping centers. We will definitely be back to stay with them again.

Bistro staff is amazing! 5+ stars for them. However, front desk and reservation staff are super rigid and not accommodating. I’d only go back to eat at the Bistro. I WOULD NOT be a guest unless it’s a last resort. Awful customer service.

There was little black hairs on the blankets. The hallway smells and hot. The room was nice looking. When I call to see about free breakfast,I was told that I could just pay 40 dollars and just the package. Overall I was not impressed. The workers could have been a bit more helpful.

Staff didnt make me feel welcome and i was not made to feel like I could be comfrotable in the establishment. None of my requested accomodations were met and it felt like the staff at the feont desk didnt want to be interacting with me at all.

Our first night there we had no phone, no TV and for a while no electricity. The desk clerk said our option was to go somewhere else. They had no rooms available and couldn’t move us. Ours was the only room effected do it was our problem.
