基林伍德斯普林套房酒店(WoodSpring Suites Killeen)

Lo unico que me gustó fue lo centrico que estaba de los lugares que visité, ya que fue la peor experiencia en hospedaje. 1.Las camas matrimoniales son una falsa, ya que este hotel tiene camas con un tamaño estándar. Las camas son incómodas y se le sienten los resortes. 2.El sistema de calefacción estaba dañado. 3. La presión de agua es poca, y el inodoro constantemente tiene fugas. 4. La humedad en el cuarto era tanta que las pertenencias se mojaban, y el olor era desagradable. 5. Habían sabandijas en la habitación (cucarachas). 6. Se me olvidaron 2 sortijas en el baño, y llame para reclamar y no las "encontraban", y evadian las llamadas de seguimiento y se burlaban. 7. Una mujer del área de limpieza con acento de América del Sur (Colombia), súper irrespetuosa con sus compañeras de trabajo. No recomiendo este lugar, pobre servicio y empleados poco éticos.

I went in there to get the room i paid for but that room was getting repairs so they gave me another room which was omg so bad a bed that looked old very squeaky u could see it was a spring bed there was noises coming from refergeraitor but when that thing turned on it would wake me up every time thats how load it was the only good thing was the young guy that help me when i first got there the receptionist i would not go there again sorry

The microwave was rusted in the inside, the sink base was coming off the wall, and it was reported

The check in process was very simple. The room was in good condition except The bathroom Curtain rod was not properly secure and there was a bottle of floor cleaner in the living room.

There was a smell when we got in the room. There was a jacket left on the bathroom door by a previous guest and the keys from the previous guest was also still in the room. If you get the room for the kitchen be aware there are no dishes. You have to rent them separately. But the lady that checked us in was super helpful and sweet!

Couldn’t check in and want money back. This is unacceptable and lacks information in regards to checking in

Staff put another guest in our room - didnt check ID. screwed up our reservation- supposed to be 3 nights, they only charged us for 2 then knocked on the door asking if we wanted to extend. Ended up paying WAY more than we planned due to their issues. Our room was right next to laundry; door slammed every 5 seconds and shook the whole room. Someone's jeep was broken into (2 windows smashed) right beside our car. No 24hr front desk. No coffee maker in room. Saw a roach. Complete nightmare.

It was not funny when somebody turned her car radio to high volume in the parking lot next to our room, specially at 0700 on a Sunday morning. The hotel should have a better security to avoid instances like this.
