訂的家庭套房，房間真的非常大，3張1.8米的大床，睡得很舒服，而且酒店離獅子巖很近，出行方便，衞生環境都很好，因為原生態，所以廁所可能會出現🐸，不過不影響入住的感受，電視機都是中文的，體驗感很好，值得再次入住，早餐也很好吃

酒店據説是中國人開的，坦率的講除了房間比較大有三張很大的床以外，其他都一般般比較粗糙，特別要吐槽的是早餐非常不好，幾乎等於沒有。介意早餐品質的不要來這家酒店。

非常推薦的度假村酒店！之前一直訂的是酒店，無意中訂到這個，辦理入住的時候，看到一個個獨棟別墅，立即決定續住一晚。房間面積很大，各種設施非常齊全，適合家庭出遊入住。酒店裡的林木厚大茂密，全是原始的、自然生長的。小鳥一樣大的蝴蝶翩翩飛舞，鳥兒啁啾，蟬聲悠揚……住在這裏，有一種遠離塵囂的感覺，下午遊個泳、躺躺吊牀都很贊，晚上的時候，還能看到漫天繁星，真是有一種回到童年的感覺。 老闆是中國人，特別細心，看到我們有同伴腸胃炎，還特意為我們熬了一鍋白粥。前台小姐姐們也很可愛、熱情，每天各種主動提供服務，去附近的獅子巖、丹布勒石窟也很方便，下次還要找個機會來。

房間十分寬敞，配有泳池，三張大床，每人一張，太舒服了，睡眠非常好的一天！早餐品種可以更豐富些，有待改進一下～

酒店環境很好，雖然有些小飛蟲，但是每個床都有帳篷，睡在裏面很有安全感。

在探索了錫吉里耶的古老遺跡後，我有幸在Nivadoo Resort Sigiriya度過了一個難忘的夜晚。從我踏入酒店的那一刻起，就感受到了這裏的熱情和專業。 酒店地理位置優越，距離著名的錫吉里耶巖石僅4KM，駕車衹需幾分鐘。無論是前往附近的景點還是探索周邊的自然風光，都極為便利。 Nivadoo Resort Sigiriya擁有一個室外游泳池，是放鬆身心的理想場所。酒店還提供免費的私人停車場，對於自駕遊的旅客來説非常貼心。 我入住的房間寬敞明亮，佈置得既現代又舒適。床鋪柔軟，讓我一夜好眠。房間內的設施一應俱全，包括免費的Wi-Fi，讓我在旅行中也能保持與家人聯繫。 酒店的服務人員非常友好和樂於助人。他們對周邊的景點了如指掌，為我提供了很多有用的旅遊建議。前台的24小時服務也讓我隨時都能得到幫助。 酒店提供的早餐種類豐富，新鮮美味，為我的旅程注入了滿滿的活力。此外，酒店附近也有不少當地的美食，讓我有機會品嚐到地道的錫吉里耶風味。 Nivadoo Resort Sigiriya是一個物超所值的選擇。無論是對於尋求舒適住宿的旅客，還是想要探索當地文化的旅行者，這裏都能提供滿意的體驗。我強烈推薦這家酒店給計劃訪問錫吉里耶的朋友們。

新年假期出行斯里蘭卡，獅子巖附近選擇了這家酒店，距離獅子巖比較近相對方便些，全家入住體驗都非常好，我們定了一個帳篷一個獨棟家庭房，住了兩晚，孩子玩得特別開心。獨棟家庭房太適合家庭出遊了房間大空間寬敞設施齊全。 無論長者孩子都非常喜歡，兩天我們就去了一趟獅子巖其他時間基本都呆在酒店，泡在游泳池玩水，包車司機不用工作也蠻開心的。 酒店服務人員也非常友善，對我們都很熱情友好，對長者和孩子也比較照顧，耐心解答他們的問題。

Nos alojamos 3 días seguidos en el hotel para tener tiempo de visitar los sitios y templos más emblemáticos de Sigiriya. La ubicación es bastante buena para la mayoría aunque en nuestro caso llevábamos guía con transporte diario. Esta en una finca por lo que salir por tu cuenta, sobretodo de noche no es viable. Nos alojamos en la Room 15 y nuestros amigos en la 14. Son tipo “búrbujas” en hilera. Una piscina bastante grande que nunca tuvo más de 6 personas a la vez lo que nos daba mucha tranquilidad. Las otras habitaciones estilo “bundalow” un poco más sofisticadas y grandes es lo que se llama chalet en la web del hotel. En general la estancia fue buena. Hicimos media pensión pero como digo, con guía diario por lo que salíamos temprano y volvíamos a ultima hora para un baño de piscina y la cena. De agradecer que todos los días que llegamos fuera del horario de piscina, el staff nos permitió usarla sin ningún problema. Ahora bien, ni el hotel es un resort ni tiene la calidad ni los servicios de lo que conocemos como 5 estrellas: El desayuno y las cenas, sin muchos huéspedes y bastante personal deben mejorar. Cada noche, cenábamos la comida que quedaba sin que el personal repusiera. Preguntábamos si podían sacar de esto o aquello y nos asentían amablemente pero la comida nunca llegaba excepto el pan. Los desayunos no tienen la variedad ni cantidad que ofrece siquiera un 4*. Tampoco ofrece un estilo medio-continental con opciones fuera de hortalizadas, noddles y como fruta sandía y papaya cada día. Las calles están salpicadas de mercados y puestos llenos de frutas variadas. Es incomprensible. Tampoco hay zumo de naranja o manzana. La calidad en la presentación también debería mejorar pues muchos de los alimentos se presentan completamente abiertos, completamente expuestos al calor, la humedad o moscas/insectos que aunque entiendo que estas en medio de una isla tropical, no responde a la categoría. Los ‘iglú’ o búrbuja que sirven de habitación tienen su encanto y las camas son muy cómodas. La disposición del aseo no lo es tanto. La presión del agua es insuficiente y la temperatura es templada por mucho que la quieras caliente. El aire acondicionado funciona bien, pero tarda en refrescar toda la estancia. De hecho tuvimos que dormir con el aire encendido cada noche. Quiero destacar que el personal, como en todo el país es encantador y tratan de hacer la estancia maravillosa pero la caregoría del hotel se escapa de su mano.

The location of the hotel is very superior, very close to Lion Rock, so that I can easily go to visit in the morning, to avoid the crowd peak. The room is very clean and tidy, very comfortable layout, there is a sense of home. The bed is soft and comfortable, and the pillow height is moderate, allowing me to get a good sleep every night. The balcony of the room has a good view, and you can see the beautiful natural scenery. The hotel staff was very friendly and enthusiastic, and they provided a lot of useful information and advice to help me plan the lion Rock and the surrounding tour routes. Special thanks to the front desk staff, who are always smiling and ready to answer my questions. Overall, the stay experience was very satisfactory, and the hotel's service and facilities exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to my friends and family. If I come to Lion Rock next time, I will definitely choose here again.

The tent rooms in the hotel are very unique, the interior is very nice, but it will be a little hot during the day, but the air conditioning for a while. The hotel restaurant also has Chinese food, in such a remote scenic area and Chinese food is very rare! The service attitude of the hotel is very good, the staff always keep a cordial smile, the front desk Xiaofeng is very friendly, the location of the hotel is also very convenient, the room disposable supplies are also very good

This is our second visit to Sigiriya and we stayed at Nivadoo resort. Different concept , similar experience in Yala area but those places are very expensive. Nivadoo resort is charged reasonable price with all luxurious facilities. Staff and owners are very friendly and always happy to help us. We hope to visit next annual trip as well.

Arrived at 2 pm which is check in time and had to wait more than one hour. There was no superviser or manger available. Front office staff saying rooms were not ready. Not even the welcome drink offered . Repeated iinquiries about the rooms were not fruitful . Short staffed and negligence or improper guidence lead to almost two hour delay. Dinner was a mess and food shortage not addressed properly . Will never come back. Room service contact numbers not displayed in rooms except the rules and regulations. terrible service. Not worth the prices paid. Very bad expirience starting from arrival . Big mistake. 😠😠
