We were disappointed this stay. We had noise above us til 4:00am- no breakfast even though stated. Pillows were not good - property around hotel strewn with garbage bad impression. Refrigerator in room not very clean. Desk was friendly and efficient - we voiced our complaint on check-out and were told they would be dealing with it.

I enjoyed the jacuzzi however the bottom must have been repainted because when sitting you could feel the roughness of the paint bubbles. Also, we had adequate three towels two hand towels and one wash cloth. When I asked front desk for more she did believe that I was lacking so she literally walked into my room without the wash cloths to count before returning with three to had to our one. She also asked why do we need that many. I politely explained two people need two wash cloths. One for the body and one for face. Most hotels will always have 4 towels, 2 hand towels, and 4 wash cloths. Now I felt demeaned and that this is the way a typical guest is treated. I was treated like an undesirable guest. Not to mention a $150 hold on my credit card at check in because I had the jacuzzi room which I should have been informed prior to pre payment on line. All in all I may give them another chance when in that area again.

The room seem if they have been doing construction, lots of sheetrock, dust piles of dust in the bathroom hair on the bed. Looks like a poop or chocolate stain was on the comforter hair in the shower Jacuzzi the same thing

The entire property needs a full rehab. There were holes in the walls, vinyl flooring not installed creating trip hazards, damaged/defective smoke detectors and a general overall feeling of dirtiness.

Room was very clean. It’s a good deal for the price. Things are outdated, like the bathroom floor tile is broken and missing grout and the tub slip liner was ripped and sticking up although we didn’t use the shower. The bed was clean and comfortable. The room was quiet. Didn’t hear anything from the neighboring rooms. I would recommend this hotel.

Comfortable good for price and friendly. I left my if and when I walk in the guy behind the counter said hey you left this like he knew me as a personal friend very welcoming

Room was very dirty. Sheets and blankets were soiled even at 4 a Queen sheet. And that's still had stains on it.

We love Red Roof Inn because they allow us to bring our dogs. That’s most important when traveling. Thank you RRI
