凱藝酒店(Quality Inn Kingdom City, MO)

The hotel is in dire need of maintenance. Hardly any water pressure and most of the light bulbs were burned out.

Hotel website said "mineral spring tub." Much to my dismay, apparently that's hotel lingo for "plain ol bath tub that hasn't been cleaned in years." Would have said something about it to management but I had to be at work early in the morning and didn't have time to argue with anyone about it. The toilet was also dirty. The man at the front desk was less than friendly.

This property is in disrepair and needs some renovations. There were items that didn't work in the room, light fixtures that were just bulbs, the faucet in the tub was broken and would only allow for a small stream and their was no hot water. The flooring looked to be at least 15 years old and was not very clean.

Very very disgusting, filthy. Ran my finger long side of the tub Because I didn’t know if it was dirty or stained and yes, it was dirty. I also don’t think that tub is cleaned in probably 6 to 8 weeks, the mirrors were hazy because they hadn’t been cleaned the place was absolutely filthy disgusting I highly highly recommend you do not stay there. I have photo proof and was still told that the room is acceptable and there was nothing wrong with it. Management was absolutely horrible they refused to even come in the room or anything. Totally dissatisfied they shouldn’t even be allowed to be open

The staff are extremely polite and helpful, and the room was clean. The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable. We didn’t have a chance to use any of the amenities due to our schedule being a bit hectic, but they looked well-maintained. Overall, this is a decent hotel for a cheap price!! We’ve stayed at some very expensive hotels, and often times you don’t get your money’s worth—they’re not worth the hype. This hotel was well worth it.

The sheets and bedding material could have used some bleach and fabric softner. Over all stay is not recommended drive a bit further. The room had a funnier odor. So much so had to request use of front desks lysol.

Front desk clerk took 15 minutes getting me our rooms at 2am & he through my id on opposite side of counter. Was rather passive aggressive!

Outside of the property was kinda sketchy. Looked like homeless people might stay in the outsode area's as there were random phones plugged in charging outside! They room appeared to look clean but the sheets were dirty,the blanket had stains! There was a not from people before us about how there waa food on the floor unfrr the bed, looked undee there sure enouhh someones else from who knows how long frenv fries were on floor. Floor turned your feet black! The pool area is not very well lit and the pool room is like 1400° degrees. The kids enjoyed the pool but we all felt dirty afterwards. Was to afraid to try the continental breakfast offered. Bring some bleach cleaner and your own linens if you plan on staying!
