工作人員很友好。早餐很好。床超級舒服！！ 5 星

Non smoking rooms smelled like mildew. Floors made our feet black. Gross dripping Ptacs outside the units. Old couches left on walkways. Yuck. Someone stole pieces of my sisters van during the night. Unsafe. Breakfast was good.

From minute I checked in, key didn't work. No coffee pot in room or stations as advertised. Shower to dirty to use. Couldn't see in the mirror so dirty. Cigarette burns in bedspread and sheets. Wanted to sleep with clothes on on top of bed. Disgusting! Will not stay at quality inn again. False advertising.

So I knew it wasn't going to be the Hilton or anything - for $81 a night, what could I expect. However, there were too many things that were not very good that it still did not meet my (already low) expectations. The pillows were miniscule and hard, and there was 3 of them. For 2 people. At least have a multiple of 2. The amount of light that came through the ancient curtains was enough to read a book by. The curtains were older than everything except the shower which could not hold a temperature and was made for those 4'6" and under. I literally had to bend over to wash my hair. All of this could have been forgiven, however the air conditioning also did not work. The room was warm, sticky, and uncomfortable almost the entire night. Knowing what I know now, I would cough up the extra $25 and stay at either the Holiday Inn or Comfort Inn- both are very close and look much more appealing at this point.

Dirty room and bed, room smelt horrible no outlet to charge my phone over charged and not reimbursed for the overage shower was nasty room service didn’t make our bed wand wondering if my car was going to get broke into lots of suspicious people around the hotel at all hours of the night

Staff at this hotel is extremely rude to their customers. Management even, was very rude and unaccommodating! I will NEVER stay at this hotel again and I do NOT recommend it to anyone!

Looked like the location was under going a management change. Personnel at the reception desk and morning staff for breakfast was all l had the opportunity to speak with and observe. The staff is great. However I was concerned there was no knowledge of the drain clog in the bathtub of room 114. Needs time to complete whatever change over is going on. Have to be back again next month. It’ll be interesting to see if there are any improvements.

I stayed here a couple years ago & was not happy with conditions…. However, The place has been renovated & seemed like an entirely different experience. An excellent value. Clean, well lit, well maintained…. would definitely stay again.
