So I knew it wasn't going to be the Hilton or anything - for $81 a night, what could I expect. However, there were too many things that were not very good that it still did not meet my (already low) expectations. The pillows were miniscule and hard, and there was 3 of them. For 2 people. At least have a multiple of 2. The amount of light that came through the ancient curtains was enough to read a book by. The curtains were older than everything except the shower which could not hold a temperature and was made for those 4'6" and under. I literally had to bend over to wash my hair.
All of this could have been forgiven, however the air conditioning also did not work. The room was warm, sticky, and uncomfortable almost the entire night. Knowing what I know now, I would cough up the extra $25 and stay at either the Holiday Inn or Comfort Inn- both are very close and look much more appealing at this point.
