綠色英畝旅館(Green Acres Inn)

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. For the price the room was good value. Be aware that the accommodation, though upgraded, is a motor inn type of motel. We enjoyed our stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and fairly spacious (with two queen beds). I like that they still provide us with a microwave and a kettle in the room. Many hotels nowadays just offer a small Keurig. For people like me who like to make tea, a kettle is much nicer to have.

not worth it for the price at all

The air conditioning was weird. You set it to your preferences, but then you have to turn it off and then on again before it will work. And when it does work it’s so noisy that I couldn’t sleep. If I turn it off, the room quickly heats up uncomfortably. Poor insulation? I didn’t Get much sleep.

Really cute and functional room, comfortable bed, nice linens, really nice shower! We enjoyed our stay, it was exactly what we needed.

Very comfortable clean and affordable accommodations. As a senior I find damage deposits initiated as a blanket policy are a poorly thought out principle. If a hotel has a record of previous stays that indicate that the client has not been the cause of a damage claim, or a noise complaint, or has not stolen towels or other items, or based on any other criteria the owner wishes to use as a measure of risk, then the damage deposit request is both inappropriate and a very negative reflection on the level of trust that the proprietor has on even their repeat customers.

The front desk staff were very courteous and able to recommend eating places near hotel. The motel is well maintained and the owner should be very proud of it. A motel built 60-70 years ago has been well treated by the owners. It is a pleasant break from the big sterilized commercial hotels/properties.

Room is quite small, but adequate for a short stay. No counter in bathroom, just top of toilet tank.

One of the BEST hotels I’ve stayed in! It is such a cute place and the service is phenomenal! I’m a clean freak and the first thing I do when I check in to a room is inspect the bed for any hair or stains and the bed sheets were SPOTLESS (not even a dust bunny) I can’t express enough how clean the room was which is very rare these days unless you’re staying at a 4 start hotel. The washroom was spotless as well and they even provided makeup wipes! Also there was a wireless charger provided in the room as well. The pool was beautiful and very inviting, my partner and I had so much fun hanging out by the pool. I can not stop raving about this place, I will not be coming to Kingston unless I can stay here! It is THAT good! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a cute, clean and friendly place to stay at. Rooms: Clean and accommodating with excellent features and amenities.
