Best hotel in Kingsville. Nice beds. Clean comfy rooms with kitchenette. Good bar downstairs

We had a great visit and enjoyed the nice big clean and roomy room. Rooms have a nice kitchen area. Includes a good hot breakfast!

Absolute stellar customer service from every single employee. Family in town for my Moms 80th birthday. Made us feel very comfortable and special. The entire staff went above and beyond to recognize my Mom’s 80th birthday. Cannot say enough about this hotel, good mornin como amanecieron, and staff. Clean rooms, great layouts—all you need Thank you!!

Kingsville has limited hotels to choose from, and I’ve stayed at most. This is definitely cleanest and most comfortable beds. Rooms are well planned and you can get a suite that has a separate bedroom area. I like that they have full kitchens. Staff is friendly and they do have a small bar in the Lobby. I haven’t had breakfast in the morning, but I know they offer it.

Staff was very nice and helpful, assured us a most pleasant stay for our granddaughter’s high school graduation

Sink leaked water all over floor i was given Towels to clean and prop underneath dishwasher and told we could not be moved to another room. Sink was unusable. Shower splattered water all over floor while showering. Used more towels to avoid falling. Had my 90 yr old mother and room was extremely small. Once sofa bed opened their was no room to walk in room.

The front desk was understaffed and no one was there at times. Our room had only 1 towel in the bathroom, old used soap bar in the shower and no shampoo. The dishwasher had gunk in the bottom and the wall thermostat did nothing so cold air blew all night.

Was able to give us a ground floor as requested rooms were very nice and clean the staff was awesome breakfast was held till 1030 thank you so much Ice machine was working Our cards never locked on us
