全景酒店(PANORAMA HOTEL)

4/5 Hôtel récent,équipe professionnelle et à l’écoute ,propre mais avec qq problèmes: trop de gens à la sale de petit déjeuner il faut absolument destiner un autre salon pour ça car les cadres de salle de petit sont bordés et n’arrivent pas à bien rendre service.les chambres sont bien propres,aérées,tv avec qq séries et films persan de resaux d’hôtel,bonne localisation et facile d’accès au plage et aux centres commerciaux,immeuble récent et joli quand même.acceptable pour les normes hôtelières d’Iran

هتل بسیار عالی با امکانات بالا و سرویس دهی عالی . رفتار کارکنان بسیار عالی . اتاق های بسیار عالی با فضایی خوب و ویو عالی.صبحتنه بسیار عالی ولی صبحانه هتل ویدا از اینجا بهتر بود . راهرو طبقاتی اتاق ها بسیار لوکس بود . و پنل های لمسی در کنار اتاق ها بود . و کلید چراغ های اتاق هم لمسی بود . و در کل عالی بود . فقط تنها عیب این هتل لابی این هتل است . که لابی خوبیه اما لوکس نیست . اما من این هتل رو به همه پیشنهاد میکنم و فوق العادست .

ما در تیر 1400 در این هتل اقامت داشتیم ‌‌ رفتار کارکنان بسیار محترمانه و عالی بود اتاق ها بسیار تمیز و عالی و با فضایی مناسب و ویو عالی راهرو طبقاتی اتاق ها بسیار شیک و لاکچری صبحانه بسیار عالی لابی هتل خیلی خوب است اما لاکچری نیست نمای هتل در شب بسیار زیباست سشوار در اتاق ها بود اما روی دیوار نصب نبود که این خوب نبود واقعا هتل خوبی بود و ما لذت بردیم و اصلا به نظرات بعضی ها توجه نکنید ما دو تا اتاق گرفتیم و هر دو عالی بودند انتخاب ما برای سفر بعدی هم همین هتل است

Never again! Arrived to total chaos. Reception was a new girl, very friendly but could not get any belll boy to help. We waited 15 min to get one to go to our rooms. Breakfast is terrible. For a "5 star" hotel there should be at least hot food and someone to make eggs and omlet fresh. Food was cold and lacking. Boy making pancakes was extremely, extremely rude. Getting tours is a joke. We wanted tour information, inthe middle of talking to us the girl took a phone call and totally ignored us. We walked across the street and bought a tour from someone else, so rude. In the afternoon, noise above our room, construction, couldn't sleep. Manager comes to the lobby, walks fromone end to the other, walks back. Bubba, at least stop and ask people if everything is ok, is there any problem or suggestions? Very, very poor management. I have stayed in 3 star kish hotels better than this. Never, ever again.

This is not a 5star hotel, not even three. For a 5 star in the tourist capital, no-one speaks English at the front desk. The rooms would have been nice in the 1890s, but now tired. Housekeeping is terrible. Your room will not be cleaned unless you put on the cleaning light. One day I was in the room when they cleaned, it took them less than 3 minutes. The bathroom has never been cleaned (I am here for a week) and every day I have to ask for towels. WiFi is frustratingly slow and every day I have to go to reception to get a new password. The gym and pool is useless, for men only open 3 nights a week from 8-11 (normally when you have supper) The coffee shop is nice, but on a good day it will take 20 minutes for them to make you a coffee. The only good thing about this hotel is the maitre de, Abbas. He is fluent in English, fun, enthusiastic and professional. He is way to good for this second class hotel and I am speaking to my hospitality clients in Dubai to get him employed at a true 5 star hotel. I’m back later this year and will definitely avoid this hotel, I suggest you do the same…

A great hotel. With very kind and polite staff. Large and clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. The restaurant manager was a real gentleman. Great location on the beautiful island of Kish. I will definitely come to this hotel again.

The location of the hotel was good, it was close to the beach and shopping malls, and the staff were kind. The variety of breakfast was small. Overall, I would choose this hotel again for a normal trip.

we were in this hotel by first of February. the location indeed is the best parameter I can review. the rooms cleanness is ok and breakfast was delicious and the variety of that was reasonable. Totally this hotel can satisfy your different concerns for a normal travel.

My husband and i stayed 3 nights in this hotel and enjoyed a lot. Our room was big, nice and clean. Bathroom was very clean which is very important for me. The breakfast was included room’s price and was great with good quality. Hotel’s lobby is very huge with beautiful decoration. The staff were nice and kind. Also one day we ate our lunch in hotel’s restaurant and my food which was shrimp, was excellent, best quality, fresh ,delicious and unforgettable. In my opinion and compare to other hotels , Panorama hotel is great and I recommend it to everyone. Stay there, be safe and have fun 🌸🍀🌹
