基西米/奧蘭多温德姆旅遊旅館(Travelodge by Wyndham Kissimmee/Orlando)

Horrible la peor experiencia que vivimos no protestamos la primera noche por qué de verdad estábamos cansados, pero amanecimos con 2 cucarachas y decidimos huir de ahí si pueden mejor quítenlo no lo promuevan, huele a drenaje el cuarto sucio, terrible, leí por ahí un comentario de que no estaba tan mal pero de verdad que no está loq ue le sigue de horrible

The rooms do not look like the pictures online, for one everything was dirty. Looks like no one’s cleaned the floors in a while. Bed sheets had stains and cigarette burnt holes. And to top it off the room smelled Like mildew!! I guess you get what you pay for. Booked two nights stayed for one due to being an emergency.

First room they gave us was filthy and the smoke detector was going off, second room we were treated by a party of roaches on the furniture. Ended up canceling and found another hotel up the road. Staff was very friendly but couldn’t make up for the awful conditions.

Don't waste your time! This place is a dump! Starting from check in when the reservation clearly stated a $12 resort fee and the rude man at the front desk tried to charge us a $56 resort fee. Then we booked a king size bed and he tried to give us a room with 1 double bed. Then the 1st room had door damage and the lock didn't work from inside the room, then the 2nd room smelled like pure mold and the ac had a huge loud rattling noise, finally the 3rd room also smelled gross and the tv didn't work. Aside from that the reservation said they provided free breakfast and that was not true! Horrible experience from beginning to end. Oh and when I asked for a manager there was no manager on duty to speak with. After check out, I have called the hotel multiple times and cannot reach anyone! Worst hotel experience of my life!

Na reserva tinha cafe da manha, quando chegamos fomos informado que nao tinham licença para operar com café. Nao tinha housekeep disponivel, unico dia que foram, apos muita solicitação, apenas esticou o lencol da cama, todo dia tinha que ir pedir toalhas na recepção,doz tres atendentes apenas um se esforcou para se comunicar. Gostaria de adicionar fotos da pilha de toalhas, mas nao esta sendo possivel.

The stay was ok. The property and rooms are old and worn. It is a budget hotel, so you get what you pay for. The room was nice and served its purpose as a place to stay at night while at Disney during the day. The room had stained walls, doors and floors, but the sheets and room were clean. AC worked good. Staff was very friendly. The only major complaint would be that there was no breakfast as stated on the internet. The eating room was being remodeled, but we were not told this at check-in. We came down in the morning to eat but had to go out to another restaurant. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay.

No viaje la aerolínea canceló 7 veces la hora de salida del vuelo y ustedes me cobraron por no ir es decir son unos ladrones nunca los recomendaría para nada!!

Todo fue horrible, el aire acondicionado no servía, la habitación olía a cigarro, la tina de ducha estaba llena de insectos y las camas estaban sucias
