Hotel confortável, com banheiro reformado, cama confortável. Toalhas um pouco manchadas. Fácil acesso. Walmart em frente. Ficaríamos novamente Café da manhã até as 10:00

The staff was really pleasant and helpful, and our room was spotless. Everything we needed was already in the room, including shampoo/conditioner and a hairdryer. The hotel has several pools, a zip line, and a nice continental breakfast. Great experience.

Nada fue único. El cuarto sin cortinas para tapar la oscuridad. Sucios los pasillos y el ascensor.

The room smelled moldy it had air fresheners in the AC unit. The price on ********** for the resort fee said 22$ the price for the resort fee on property was a few bucks more. No big deal but it’s the principal.

I give this resort 6 out if 10 stars and below are the reasons. The beds were comfortable but the floor was dirty and our feet were dirty after walking on it also we did see a cockroach unfortunately. But our biggest thing was the amenities. When we booked this resort it was supposed to be kid friendly, we have a 5 year old. I wish they would have clarified this on the listing the amenities (water slides, Bouce house, zip line, bounce thing all the fun things for kids) please be advised your child Must be 48 inches tall to enjoy all of the extra amenities. So our daughter wasn’t able to do anything which was a let down and the whole reason we booked this resort was for the amenities only for her not to be tall enough to enjoy them. So for this reason I gave it a 6 out of 10 stars.

I have to say the morning staff during the breakfast is spoiling the rate at least for my review. This hotel would have been a 5 stars review if the ladies in the bbreakfast morning had been a little nicer. Instead of a smile and good morning they looked like security guards stopping everyone asking for the room key in order to access the buffet. One of them had close one of the sitting areas two hours before the breakfast was over and she stated “if I open again I have to clean afterwards” which made me think “ Isn’t that part of your job? But also she made all the clients sit in the same crowded space just for her own convenience. They decided to place a bucket without lid next to the trash can and asked the customers to pour the liquids there and the solids on the trash can and the bucket liquid was very disgusting to look at with the mix of milk and juices all together. That was only the breakfast time. Everything else was fine. The rooms spacious and clean. Beds comfortable and bathroom clean and supplied.

Check in was amazing… we had a great experience and the breakfast was great. Only thing make sure you bring your room key with you cause you can’t get breakfast without it. So if you go down before your husband hoping for an early start forget it. This was a bit stupid for me cause we stayed a few days and the same lady saw us multiple days but I guess she was doing her job. That was the only issue I had.

Roaches were in the room and bathroom. Dirty sheets on the pull out sofa and asked for new ones the house keeper said she would change the next day but we were only there for one night and we had to sleep on top of the blankets.

This is our second time having our family mini vacation here we’re are from swfl and this is home away from home for all of us we love the staff and atmosphere they are all so sweet helpful and welcoming the rooms are clean and the the pools are fun there is no reason to leave
