The stay itself was great, really nothing bad to say. Staff was nice, friendly and accommodating. The only issue we had, was the water park wasn't as pristine as the pics, definitely needs some updating.

Not only was bad and we found bugs all over but even after arriving the first night @ 1 am we barely slept there overnight and we left early morning skipping the second day as we had to go to another place to be safe this is horrible. On top of everything we reached out and they never got back to us with any refunds or anything. We will contact the credit card company. Incredible how this could happen in 2023.

This was one of the best vacation for my family in this beautiful resort. I highly recommend all people to visit this resort and get a fantastic vacation

We've stayed at the property a few times and while it's nice, it is definitely showing its age. There's a lot of rust on the stairs from the rain and they're starting to come apart. My young kids tripped on multiple occasions on the seams that were cracked. While clean, the beds were separated from the frames, the sliding back door didn't lock properly, etc. I know it'll be expensive, but I think it might be time to put in new carpet/upholstery. It's definitely showing its age.

Villa was great! Enough room for everyone and easy to get to. The one thing I don’t like was the “surprise” parking fee per night and also that every amenity aside from the pools was extra. Most resorts I’ve been to, things like putt putt and bikes were included. Check in staff was great! Very pleasant and quick!

Images on the pool at the Eleven gives the appearance that the pool is larger than it is. You also have to pay for mini golf on property.

The resort is nice and clean. Restaurants were awesome. Golf course in good condition.

I would never recommend this place. They need to have someone come in and clean every day. We didn’t have anyone come to clean the rooms at all during the stay. Unacceptable!!! They charge way too much for resort fees and parking. We won't be back!!

Villas in need of updating, but spotless and spacious so was a very comfortable stay.
