韋斯特蓋特大廈酒店(Westgate Towers Resort)

This is my second stay at Westgate Towers and it didn't disappoint again. The facilities are amazing and the room was great. Christina at the front desk is always so friendly and tries to make sure you have room options and is very courteous and accommodating. The only two downsides here were some ants in my First floor room (but nothing crazy) and plan ahead as traffic heading East can get backed up. Other than that a great resort and a great price.

I have stay the property for a little while it was time for me to check out but I work that night I call to get 1 extra to get my things together the operator that answer the phone tells no they not provide me an extra 1 I have to book another reservation I feel is an fair this morning I came to my room around 5:30 am from I know check out is at 10 at 8:35 in the bed with no clothes one of the Houseman open my door wake me up when I was check out I mention to the front desk clerk she told me if I don’t put a don’t stub sign they will open the door they is other customers need to checking early now I am asking myself what kind operation that hotel running if the check out at 10 is 8:35 am your Houseman have no right to open my door when is not even 9:30 yet

Air conditioning was conpletely out and i have a 2 yr old with seizures. Took 3 hours to get into the hotel. They tried to charge my card twice for the room. Took over 2 hours to get into a new room. They had the door going into the next unit unlocked and all 3 of my kids got scared and had to call security at almost midnight to come up and lock it. Definitely not like westgate town center resort. We have stayed at westgate 6 times in the last 6 months and this stay was the worst.

This property is very close to Disney which is why I booked it. About 8-10 minutes without traffic. Probably about 20 with traffic around rush around and early morning when the parks open. We bought snacks from Walmart to take with us to the parks. It didn’t take but 20 minutes for all of the bugs to come out around our food. The tv was super outdated and small and the tv guide was extremely hard to see/use. The next issue was hot water. I have travelled A LOT in my life and have never not had hot water in my hotel shower. But, twice I had a cold shower. Not just cold. Freezing. I can overlook a lot. The bugs. The tv. Whatever. But when you’ve walked 10 miles at Disney and want to take a hot shower after, this is not the place for you. The property was fine. Couple minutes from a Walmart. There’s a McDonald’s a couple minutes away but that’s closed and either under construction or being built. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

I was not given the room promised. Instead I was given a room that was half of another apartment with no place to hang my clothes. The other half of the apartment had the closets. The phone did not work even after it was repaired. I have no plans to ever go back there. Money before customer comfort.☹️☹️

The property itself was very nice. I didnt like that the room we booked was not the room we had to stay in. Also the room we had the water didn't get hot. The Hotel had a fire alarm going off 2 am multiple nights in the row. Really wasnt to peaceful. Next time pay the few extra dollars and go to the Villa's.

This property needs to be updated. The paint was peeling, appliances were out dated, blinds were falling, and unaligned. The furniture looks out dated, however, the staff was very friendly and professional.

Small resort but able to use sister resort amenities. Unit was nicely renovated. People were very friendly and accommodating. Access to pool from room was great. Pool kept very clean. Definitely will return.
