Worst hotel in the world. Avoid this place at all cost 1. I was double charged for the destination fee even though I’ve paid for it through the app. The reception that addressed us was extremely adamant and aggressive on charging us when we came to clarify on this issue…On the first night we clarified with reception and the man that addressed it was confused and adamant on charging us until another lady came and whispered something to him. He then clarified and said it would be refunded back to us. The next night I checked my bank account and noticed another destination fee was charged for the second night even though once again we’ve already paid for it on the app. So I went and clarified with him again and he could not give a proper explanation, one moment he said the fee charged on the app was different and the next moment he said it’s the same destination fee. Yet, they still charged us twice. It seems that he is bad at his job and it felt like a hostile situation. 2. We had booked the free hotel shuttle to Magic Kingdom but the bus was at least 15minutes late and we decided to call an Uber. Soon after, the bus came and just as we were about to board and cancel our Uber, one of the staff outside gave us advise to take the Uber as the shuttle would be slower since it had to make a stop and we had to take the monorail whereas the Uber could just avoid all that hassle. So we took his advice and waited for our Uber to come but as it turns out the park did not allow the Uber to enter directly and because of that we had to make a big detour to stop at the same area as the shuttle which was already there and we had to get down to take the monorail…so essentially the hotel made us pay a $15 Uber for a slower ride when we could have gotten a free shuttle that would’ve saved us more time. 3. Small issue but this is the first hotel I’ve been to that didn’t provide any toothbrush or toothpaste. It was likely that we had to request for such basic amenities to be provided but at this point where the staff was already so hostile we decided to just use our own ones. Overall, the service and attitude of the staff here have been consistently terrible. I do not know how this is under Marriot. In my opinion the front counter that addressed us should be fired based on his attitude and how poorly he handled the situation.

My partner and I absolutely loved the pools, hot tubs and the tennis court. We took full advantage of the resort fee and the dining credits we got (the food was delish). There was no microwave in the room which was disappointing but I could have seen that when I booked so that was on me. It was nice that had shuttles going to and from Disney and Universal too. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Tina! Besides finding some used contacts on the nightstand, this place was a dream!

The lobby was updated nicely with a snack area and bar but the hotel room itself was a mess. There was peeling paint, stains on drapes, rust, and mold. Also the halls had chipped and peeling paint, fraid and stained carpet, doors were propped open by towels. I couldn't find one operable ice machine. The pillows were awful. Location was good for our event at ESPN and Disney but they only have shuttles once a day to each park.

I read that we would have a resort fee. This is NOT a resort and should not charge resort prices for the room we got. The shower did not have a lip on it so water got all over the bathroom floor and we used at least 4-5 towels on the floor to soak up the water. The shower nozzle was aimed toward the shower curtain which was too short for the shower, another reason for water going all over the bathroom floor. You could move the nozzle, thankfully, but it didn't matter much since water would find its way out anyway. The initial price I got charged for this room (around $80 or so per night) would have been worth the inconvenience of the shower but adding that extra fee plus parking put this room well above what anyone should pay for it.

Paying for parking is always an annoyance for me. I know it’s a thing, but just wanted to throw that out there. For a nice hotel like this, I was disappointed in little things like there being no hairdryer or microwave in the room. I had to go to Walgreens to buy a hairdryer because I assumed there would be one in the room, and I didn’t pack one. The bathroom fan blew air IN to the bathroom rather than sucking it out. Made for a steamy bathroom and room after every shower, and that made getting ready

I had a wonderful experience here with my stay. The staff was very courteous and accommodating and expeditious. They were very accommodating with my request and I have no complaints. I even extended my stay by a day. I will definitely be returning.

The Delta Marriott is horrible. The employs were really rude. The room was nasty and not clean at all. It was my daughters birthday and they knew it and didn't say Happy Birthday to her. We couldn't sleep at all. The walls are thin and we could hear people all night long. The bathroom door was broken. The TV didn't work. We left early because of how bad it was. This place is a dump. The rooms smelled like pee. They only have men working the front desk and they treated us bad because of our race. This place is racist and sexist. I do not recommend the Delta dump.This a Fake Marriott. Do not stay here you have been warned.
