基奇納洗衣房站公園(The Laundry Rooms Station Park Kitchener)

We didn't end up staying there. After we booked we were advised of a $20 parking fee - parking not guaranteed and an hour before check-in we were advised of an $80 pet fee. Since the booking was non-refundable we decided to not go. We felt losing $145 vs having to spend an additional $100 to stay there was a wash essentially. We received refunds from the attractions we planned to visit in Kitchener and spent our money locally in the Kawarthas.

This is a new and great apartment with a very good decoration. It is not a hotel. The communication is with a third party that were amazing, but there were not available at night. The temperature control is central and was cold according witg my preference. Outside of the apartment has an electric noise 24h that made me felling uncomfortable. There is just 1 elevator working to 19th floors that was used together with the construction team. The view of the city is the best one. Just steps to principle avenue and Tim Hortons.

We enjoyed staying at this property. I was a bit confused as to where exactly to meet my contact and where to park the car while doing so but other than that it was a wonderful stay in a clean up-to-date brand new apartment style room with everything we needed, including a full kitchen, you do have to stay two nights minimum and you do have to pay for parking however, I still feel like this was a good value and a good experience. A nice change from a traditional hotel.

The suite was very nice but the water was lukewarm in the shower and the temperature thermostat wasn’t working. The temperature was 81 when we checked in and we had to open the balcony door to be comfortable. The temperature never went below 75.

Great weekend getaway. Convenient to drive and walk to many shops and restaurants. Building was still under construction - no A/C... room was extremely warm. Amanda, our host - was AMAZING, accommodated us and responded to any and all questions/concerns we had.

It was a beautiful bright and clean room. Had everything one needed and more. Just the little touches were very impressive - dish soap, laundry pucks and kitchen supplies etc etc. Felt like home. Well done The Laundry Rooms Kitchener! Hope to get another opportunity to visit soon.

This property was very clean, beautiful and organized. The communication and check in flexibility was great. I will definitely stay here again!

I loved the apartment. New and modern. The kitchen had all I needed to enjoy a good breakfast.

The accommodations were very nice and updated. It felt like my own condo. Will be returning in the future
