The apartment is a brand new bottom floor unit, with hosts living upstairs, though very quiet and respectful. The hosts are my folks, and I, their daughter Branka, manage the property and platform for them. This apartment truly is brand new, construction ended in June 2021. It is private with your own entry. There is a large bedroom with enough closet space, a queen size bed, blow up mattress (also queen size) and a mini crib for those who travel with little ones. Living room is spacious and equipped with a large TV, an electric fireplace, and all around comfort! Bathroom does have a sensitive sani-flo system, and it can sometimes be a bit loud but functions very well. Bathroom is well equipped with amenities and a modern, touch button mirror and plenty of storage. Kitchen is equipped with full size appliances and a dishwasher for convenience of less to think of while on vacation! Without saying too much, we invite you to book with you and enjoy all the hard work we have put into the unit, all the while assuring you have everything you need for your comfortable stay. Please refer to the photos of the listing, they are the best way to get an idea of the quality and comfort of the large 950 sq. foot apartment. For longer stays, we will honor the use of the washer and drier, don't hesitate to ask if you are booking for 14 nights or longer (even less in emergencies). Located in our beautiful college town, this 2-bedroom apartment has 1 queen bed and 2 full beds, where guests can relax in comfort after a day exploring the waterfalls, wineries, or downtown restaurants. Our restful, art-infused suite is perfect for relaxing between exploring! After walking to The Commons, where the best restaurants and people-watching happen, or exploring the many waterfalls, lakes, gorges (Ithaca is Gorges!), or hiking trails. Or a movie at Cinemapolis or Cornell Cinema. The breathtaking beauty of the Herbert F. Johnson Museum of Art or in one of our many galleries! You are never far from anything of interest to the mind, body, or spirit when you stay on State Street. Enjoy our free parking and walk to downtown! Also, a shared picnic area and green space are available for your enjoyment in warm weather. We live on the premises but respect your privacy. The Suite comprises the front of the house with a separate entrance (4 stairs) for your use only. The Suite is one floor for ease of movement, with no stairs inside the unit.
