克洛斯特斯日星酒店(Sunstar Hotel Klosters)

The best choice we could have made for this holiday was choosing Sunstar Klosters. This hotel performed at an exceptionally high level on every front. The new management Alyt Aeschlimann & Tobias Georg can be absolutely proud of its employees and the new impetus they give to this hotel.

I've been coming here with friends since 2008 or 2009 and always enjoy the warm welcome and facilities and the well-thought out menu. Great for skiing and hiking depending on the season! In good snow you can ski back to the hotel.

Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel Klosters pour 4 nuits du 30 décembre au 3 janvier 2024. Nous avons été très déçus par le service au restaurant pendant les deux premiers jours. En fait, cela ne concerne qu'une serveuse incompétente et antipathique. Longue attente, propos déplacés tels que " je ne sais pas" ou " je n'ai pas le temps".Heureusement que nous avons demandé à changer de salle. Et nos deux derniers soirs au restaurant se sont déroulées paisiblement avec Simone. Dommage pour notre soirée de réveillon.! La pire de notre vie. Service chaotique. Pas d'ambiance. Pas de musique! Nous avions choisi Sunstar, car l'année précédente, nous avions passé un réveillon fantastique au Sunstar à Griendelwald. Dommage. Quelle déception.

Nice Hotel situated in Klosters Dorf, just 5 min walk to the slopes. Fantastic food and really taken care of. Rooms are comfortable and bathroom is modern. Staff really nice and helpful. View is gorgeous. Transports are free and well organised.

Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

The hotel, setting, staff and facilities are outstanding. It's worth opting for the best rooms if you can. We took the picturesque and efficient train from Geneva with the hotel's offer if you stay for 7 nights or more. The hotel also provided a card to use on local transport and for money off activities which was excellent. We found booking direct was the cheapest option and included breakfast.

We arrived with two other couples (six people total and one dog) to a lovely welcome from Olivia at the front desk. We enjoyed ever aspect of our stay, including a wonderful breakfast in the restaurant and impeccable service from the professional staff. It is conveniently located in a quaint village setting just off of the train at Klosters Dorf. We will be back!

A very enjoyable stay in a lovely hotel in a great location with the most incredibly friendly & helpful staff. Azadeh & Olivia on reception were incredibly friendly & helpful. Azadeh was absolutely amazing at the effort (& many many phone calls) she made to track down and rescue our luggage, which got lost for 24 hours in Zurich airport between Swiss Air and the SBB train service. Petra & Maureen in the restaurant were also very friendly & efficient & great fun.

Très bon emplacement et personnel très accueillant. piscine sympathique et très bon petit-déjeuner. espace extérieur parfait et très jolis, je n'ai pas goûter au restaurant. vue magnifique sur les montagne, et ambiance montagnarde parfaite.
