Lovely family room next to main B&B, large, 2 double beds, nice en-suite. Just off M62. Very warm welcome, lovely breakfast. 1 junction away from Xscape Castleford less than 10 mins drive. Ample off road parking

We stayed for Leeds Fest and found our room to be perfect. Good size, all the amenities you'd need and a tasty breakfast. The hotel owners are friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again!

The room was much better than online photos. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy. Being on a main road did not affect the sleep quality. Bathroom was clean and had everything you need. The owners were very friendly and would do anything for you. The breakfast was fantastic and the property had a lovely garden to sit in if you have the time. If ever in the area would definately return.

We stayed at the Wentvale whilst in the area for a wedding and it was the perfect place for a large group of us. The rooms were clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated and the owners were exceptionally nice. There were full englishes prepared for each of us in the morning (with a vegetarian option available) and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Added bonus that it is also only a 10 min walk to the train station and has space for cars outside, making it really easy to get to. If you are staying in Knottingley we can’t recommend this place enough!

A very friendly welcome from our hosts. A really friendly couple . Lovely, clean and nicely furnished rooms. It was nice to be provided with the WiFi code and tea and coffee making facilities.The most beautiful and Immaculate garden. So pretty and well cared for. Tasty breakfast. We will definitely return.

Received an extremely friendly welcome. Shown to our room with the beautiful garden at the back of the property pointed out in case we wanted to spend time there. Room was spacious and very clean. En-suite bathroom again spacious and clean. Although we faced a main road, the triple glazing cut out all noise. Breakfast had a large variety of food, including a full English breakfast, cereals etc, all with toast, tea and coffee. I managed to leave a bag of toiletries and the host went out of her way to contact me and offer to send it back. The hosts were extremely friendly in addition to being very efficient. Really enjoyed our stay here and will be back any time we are in the area

Very comfortable, clean and welcoming, pleasantly surprised with the free upgrade to a double room which was bright with a fresh linen smell. Only stopped for one night to split up a drive from a business trip so great after driving 5 hours to have a good nights sleep before the 5 hours drive to get home, the made to order breakfast was lovely, friendly hosts, nothing felt like to much trouble and appreciated the coffee to go.

Lovely place to stay with warm and friendly reception upon arrival. Breakfast was cooked to order which was delicious and delivered with a smile. 100% recommend.
