諾克斯維爾/市區凱悦嘉軒酒店(Hyatt Place Knoxville/Downtown)

We were able to check in around 2pm which was great. We took a shower, change and left. We returned at 9:30pm to find that the TV didn't work. We called the front desk who told us that they would send a signal and to check again in a few minutes. 15 min later the TV still not working. We call the front desk and supervisor Daniella wanted to send someone to fix the TV or change rooms at almost 10pm. We refused because we had to be up at 6am. Daniella said that's all she could do. I Think they should had given us a discount instead saying sorry nothing we could do! In the middle of the phone calls Daniella said that the staff check all the tv before we check in but at the same time she said that she could send Somone there to check if every is connected. Why ? since she just said that they always check the TV before check in?

If I visit the area again, I would absolutely stay here again. The staff was excellent -- attentive and friendly. The location is prime and the price was reasonable. My room was nice and clean and just as expected. I can't say enough good things about my experience. Great free breakfast, too.

Comfortable king bed, very clean, loved the comfortable lobby with a bar and the rooftop bar was a wonderful view of the city. A short walk to the Marketplace area was a joy.

Didn't like having to valet park. Not something I am accustom to. Forget hairbrush and husband forget toothbrush. Now got to figure out how to get to my car or to do without for a night .

We were in Knoxville for just a quick overnight but we wanted to get a feel for the city. This hotel has a great location downtown. Staff was great. Free breakfast was great. The room and amenities were great. Definitely stay here again.

Staff was excellent. Amazing views from rooftop restaurant/ bar. Loved the convenience of downtown.

The hotel was amazing, the staff couldn’t have been better, yet the mattress left a lot to be desire

everything was fine but at check in our keys didn't work so we got new ones and they gave us keys to a room that already had someone else staying in and we walked in on them. they did give us a comp to the rooftop bar but we were not able to use it as we were there for a christmas party at another location

We loved the proximity to Market Square and Old City for our annual Christmas with our grand-daughter. Regal Theater next door and the Christmas decrsrions inside and outsidenthe hotel
