萬眾期待的bellions去SA被魚雷擊中了B夫人在到達病得很重。由於一個不體貼的男人，前5天咳嗽和濺射的方式通過他吃飯，在餐廳我們在相鄰的表。不使用手帕或把手放在嘴裏。所以我得了感冒。最要感謝：Riaan Nicky Natalie誰在照顧我的需要。riaan特別安排蜂蜜生薑檸檬茶和白蘭地是在我們的房間裏，每天如此，我可以做一個草本舒緩茶，並推薦一個葯劑師在鎮上取葯的人員都是可愛的、很善良。5顆星星不夠。

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in questo hotel con una vista fantastica purtroppo quando siamo arrivati l’accoglienza non è stata adeguata una persona molto scortese ci ha dato camere molto in basso che per arrivare alla colazione dovevamo essere alpinisti sono ritornato alla reception dove ho trovato andrey che è stato molto carino e ci ha dato 2 camere belle ma nei 2 giorni e’ mancata molte volte l’acqua che ci ha messo in difficoltà , la colazione è il pranzo di scarsa qualità e il personale non professionale e molto maleducato peccato le camere molto belle e vecchie ma la struttura in generale molto vecchia e non curata dopo le ore 23 se hai un problema come è successo (non si chiudevano le tende oscuranti) non c’è più nessuno

Das Hotel hat wohl sehr grosse Zimmer mit Kamin, Badewanne und Douche, aber die Teppiche und die Möbel sind alt und unappetitlich. Uns wurden 2 Parfüms aus dem Badezimmer entwendet. Trotz mehrmaligen Vorsprechen an der Rezeption und dem Versprechen des Managers, sich der Angelegenheit anzunehmen, ist nicht passiert.

Ein schönes Fünf Sterne Hotel mit gewissen Extra. Zimmer sind sehr groß und verfügen über ein Ankleidezimmer, Badewanne, Hot-Tube und Kamin sowie einen großen Außenbereich mit Blick auf den Golfplatz. Sehr schöne Atmosphäre. Hotel ist schon ein wenig älter und das sieht man teilweise an den Möbeln. Restaurant war vom Service gut! Frühstück war auch gut!

Sicher ist das Hotel zwischenzeitlich in die Jahre gekommen und die Zimmer sind nicht mehr topaktuell, allerdings hatten wir großes Glück mit unserem Zimmer (Nr. 77), es war nichts zu beanstanden und wir hatten einen traumhaften Ausblick auf Loch 10 des Golfplatzes. Die Lage ist traumhaft mit herrlichem Blick über die Lagune von Knysna. Schöner Poolbereich, leider war es etwas zu kalt, so dass wir das leider nicht nutzen konnten. Gutes Frühstück, teils in Buffetform, teilweise konnte man sich auch Gerichte wie Eggs Benedict oder ein Healthy Müsli bestellen. Service und Freundlichkeit war sehr gut, auch die Sauberkeit gab uns keinen Grund zur Beanstandung. Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen.

The establishment is clean and well kept, however I am very dissatisfied with their service in general, from restaurant, they were short staffed and very slow. On arrival our room was not fully serviced, no towels had to request from housekeeping. The staff appeared to be overwhelmed and as such our a damper on an otherwise beautiful holiday. The breakfast offer was very limited and bland, not food you can eat more than once.

Beautiful property but it appears to be in the midst of financial trouble. Water was off in our room when we arrived. They stated they would advise once turned on but after a few hours we tried it and it was on but the water came out brown. After running for several minutes, the system did not clear and bathtub filled with brown water. Went to dinner and it was freezing in dining area (no heat running). I told hotel about sewage looking water and she said to keep running but I did not want to pop the drain due to floating sentiment. She advised they would send maintenance to drain but returned to room and they had not. I put my hand in the gross water to drain bathtub- yuck. Told my acquaintance while there that the staff have been known to steal items (he knew because he had worked there previously. Avoid this hotel

Not what I have expected from a 5 star property. The staff was great, but the place looks run down. Yes covid can be blamed. But they still seemed very busy,enough to keep standards high. The restaurant was sad. The food was not great. I had chicken wings, which they were waiting on the delivery for. It was not what you would expect from a 5 star establishment. You can see they are under staffed. The staff they have seems to struggle to exactly what to do. Yet it's not their fault, it's lack of training and management presence. The room was nice. One thing worried me the most: I have paid my bill at the restaurant and bar, only for a staff member to call me at my room saying I have paid short? Yet I sat there 2 hours without them saying anything. He wanted to come collect the money from my room? I refused. The next day there was no record of this? My worry was that the guy was trying to make a quik buck? So overall they reputation they have definitely does not live up to what you get, or pay for.
