Stay was Ok..but roof top bar not having more varieties of food to choose from

Room had a weird smell(which was overpowering my senses) and bedsheets, comforters and chair had stains on them.

Excellent service from the staff, attention to customers needs and requirements. The front office Manager Mr. Nithin is most supportive, humble and excellent in customer service.. everything was good.

Great experience, food was good

Food was Average and the response time for room service was a way too long, overall it was good though.

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, está un poco descuidado por ejemplo llovió fuerte y se metió el agua al restaurante, el pasillo del piso 1 huele como a viejo, el cuarto tenía un olor como a qué el aire acondicionado tiene mucho tiempo sin un mantenimiento adecuado, a pesar de eso la experiencia fue inmejorable, el staff de meseros se lo desean muchos restaurantes de mayor categoría, esos muchachos personifican lo que es un excelente servicio al cliente, además de ser muy agradables, siempre sonrientes, atentos y sumamente educados. Me hospedé por 18 días y me sentí en casa, éstos muchachos hicieron la diferencia. Ojalá la gerencia valore muy bien ese talento tan valioso que tiene y se les recompense su excelente trabajo y servicio.

Attended a family wedding . Took out 45 rooms for three nights . Some longer. 1. Rooms not clean 2. Sheets dirty and not changed 3. Ac in rooms universally poor 4. Water leaking in some rooms from ac vent . Repeated complaints did not solve the issue. 5. Faucet not working in my room 6. Inadequate towels in rooms , and smelly and damp as well 7. Breakfast buffet adequate 8. Food average 8. Front office manned by people who struggle to even smile. 9. Poor communication between them 10. Suite smelling of cigarette fumes and musty. NEEDS A LOT OF IMPROVEMENT.

The kitchen staff are the life of this hotel…most attentive & responsive with smiles. From Chief Chef Deep Mitra Thakur to Momi & Dawa at the reception, ably supported by Sneha, Gita & Rabina serves everyone caringly & tirelessly with smiles.

Really warm ambience and good hospitality. We were taken great care by Rabina.Good work team! The food was also delicious and we as a family had a great time together. The location is also very accessible and easily guided by our driver. Until next time Novotel!

This hotel is best to stay with family....the staff are excellent...staff Geeta,yosana,Amit,sneha are excellent and professional staff...they are caring and friendly...my kid was to close with staff they took care of kid very nicely....feeling blessed and grateful to meeting such a kind staff in this hotel...

Had a wonderful stay as always in Novotel , kochi. Very comfortable and nice hotel. Food is really good. Rooms are very nice,got a sound nice sleep. Hotel staffs are very nice and humble specially Ms Geeta offered nice hospitality and food service and very kind & humble. Enjoyed my stay.

Sneha from the Square restaurant was extremely good. She took care of our family so well and made the kids feel so comfortable and they told us that aunty is so nice and kind. Thank you Sneha one more time and keep up the good work. Kinds regards Jenny George and Family.
