Historisches Hotel mit sehr gutem Service. Das Personal ist stets sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Das Areal ist sehr weitläufig und schön gestaltet. Das Carlton liegt direkt am See und ist ein idealer Ort zu Relaxen und für Ausflüge in die Umgebung.

The hotel is located at the heart of the settlement, with most rooms facing the Kodai lake. The close proximity to the lake and the surrounding market makes this a prime tourist spot. The rooms are standard-grade 5-star offerings. The cottages are the highlight. Although just marginally expensive than the premium rooms, they come with three rooms, plus a bathroom, and a garden. The bathrooms have a bathtub which is the cherry on the top, and quite rare in the region. The food offers plenty of variety, with the buffet consisting of over a dozen options. In terms of added facilities, have indoor games like air hockey, TT, tennis, as well as spa services. The lush green gardens are a highlight, with swings, see-saws, and other contraptions for both children and adults.

Beautiful heritage hotel with a strong pedigree.. great location.. well mannered and courteous staffs. Super food. Their amenities are good.. the restaurant, the parking, the club all are well maintained and clean. The restaurant staff will go above and beyond for your needs. My boys were catered with chocos and hot milk even for dinner. Chef prepared chicken noodles for my kids out of his way. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Wil come back again here while visiting kodaikanal

amazing hotel!we enjoyed our stay the room and view is wonderful and the staff is very helpful the room was very spacious and the view was fantastic with a beautiful weather amazing indoor and outdoor games for kids and adults to play definitely recommend this hotel

We had an excellent Tym spending inside the hotel itself....Food was okok ..will be comfortable for kids..Service was veryyyyyy nice especially the games they conduct was interesting...Guest Relation Ass Simran and Captain of Bell desk Mr.Anand was my Favourite PPL there..

Very good service. The staff were amazing. 10/10. The Food was great. Simon and Simran provided with great service. They were very friendly and customer focused. The view was great, this is my first visit. I am sure I will come again. I will strongly recommend to my friends and family.

Excellent location for the property. Very good food. Clean rooms. Very good staff as well. The entire staff at the restaurant is very helpful and serve with a smile. Good value for money. Certainly coming back. The guest associate - Simran - was helpful.

We visited 'Carlton' at Kodai kanal after 29years..it was an unforgettable experience. Just opening the balcony door to a beautiful serene kodai lake with cool weather. The staff was very helpful n pleasing. It came to me as a big surprise when the entire staff celebrated my birthday which was on 27thMay. It was the best surprise for me. I also enjoyed the Massages after sightseeing beautiful Kodai given from Rakhi and karishma. Reception staff people, including Simran and Anand very kind and helpful.
