Отличный пляж для снорклинга. Когда выходите на пляж, нужно идти вправо в сторону косы, соединяющей пляж с маленьким островом. Идти примерно до косы, потом в воду и плыть от берега прямо минут 5-7, дальше начинаются кораллы, очень красиво в хорошую погоду, когда не сильно ветрено и вода прозрачная. Сам отель хороший, большие и комфортные номера у бассейна (есть и ближе к бару домики, там тоже неплохо, но номера поменьше). Хороший чистый бассейн с глубиной 1.5 метра, есть неглубокий участок для детей. В номере сейф, чайник. По инфраструктуре: в октябре 2023 почти всё рядом закрыто до вечера. Говорили, что несезон, будет больше туристов, будут открываться раньше. В 2020-м был рядом FamilyMart, теперь местный супермаркет с непонятными часами работы, мало что можно купить, фруктов рядом не продают. Ресторан при отеле хороший, персонал отличный.

Joli hôtel sur la plage. Nous avions une jolie chambre devant une belle piscine mais l accueil de cet établissement est vraiment à revoir. Aucune communication, aucun service et aucune amabilité de la part de la propriétaire. Bon petit déjeuner qui n est pas compris dans le prix de la chambre.

Complexe étonnement bien noté sur un site de réservation concurrent. L'emplacement est extra-ordinaire. Les chambres sont dans des bungalows individuels. Plusieurs types de bungalows : - Pres de la piscine - face à la mer -face au parking En fonction des bungalows, les qualités sont très différentes. Certains bungalows, comme celui dans lequel nous avons séjourné, sont très vieillots et il serait temps de les rénover. Toilettes à un mètre de la douche (sans rideau ni paroi),ce qui fait qu elles sont systématiquement mouillées. Certains bungalows sont équipés de climatisation, d'autres n'ont que des ventilateurs. Restaurant de l'hôtel, correct, sans plus. Il est plus judicieux de sortir de l'hôtel et d'aller manger à l'extérieur. Pas de petit déjeuner prévu par l'hôtel, même en supplément. Dommage. Il faut aller au restaurant. Ou dehors (encore.mieux) En revanche, piscine fantastique et reposante. Jardins joliment arboré et très bien entretenu.

Superbe bungalow dans un site paradisiaque. Les fonds sous-marins sont splendides avec présence de tortue marine et de très nombreux poissons exotiques. Le restaurant de plage est très agréable. Le personnel est à l'écoute et très souriant.

We have just returned to Wangsai Resort for the fourth time. It really is an oasis in what can be a very busy area particularly at the weekends. We had a delux poolside bungalow which was large, airy and spacious. Comfortable bed and good supply of towels etc. The staff were excellent and helpful. A good basic English breakfast at the restaurant was available for 150 baht. Unfortunately, the pool was a bit of a challenge with the number of guests staying there. There are only ten sun beds, the covers of which are starting to tear. There are four beanbags of which only one remained with a blue cover and only ONE umbrella! We estimate that there are 25 bungalows, some of which are let to three people which makes a big demand on the pool at busy times.

Beautiful resort, attentive staff and fantastic beach. This place is immaculate with a beautiful pool and great food. The beach restaurant is lovely and has a great vibe. The staff take orders quickly but be prepared for very slow food service at busy times. No sun loungers on the beach but plenty of areas to find shade. Great snorkelling and peaceful vibe. The hotel next door Kohma beach resort was far busier so we were very glad we picked this one. Highly recommended.

Great Resort with an amazing beach. The crew is very friendly and helps out whenever they can. They clean even the beach every day and we enjoyed our time soo much. It's like in paradise. If you need a scooter ask at the reception. Highly recommend...

View at sunset perfect. Great snorkeling

We faced huge disappointments : - No room cleaning during 5 days - The shower wasn’t properly working (very weak flow which made it almost impossible to shower properly) - The flush button of the toilet broke down so we couldn’t flush the toilet any longer - They keep a bird into a small cage full of excrements - And above all when we complained about this to the owner, her daughter interrupted the discussion in the most aggressive way. She screamed a lot, didn’t listen to us and attacked my friend by throwing him a bottle of water on the knee while she could see for sure that he was wounded (due to a motorbike accident). Then she ran at him sticking her forehead against his and oddly threatening to call the police ! We thought we were in a movie and we would wake up, but that was real… it’s a shame that the mother didn’t say anything to her crazy daughter. We are really shocked and will complain on Booking, we cannot let this people treat customers in a such way (we saw others comments which confirm our concerns).

Far beyond my expectations. Yes it is true that when we first checked into the room we thought that it needs some improvement. But the minute I contacted Miss M. At the reception she immediately apologized and promised to fix it all. And so she did. This young lady gave us her contact and encouraged us to contact her directly with any requests. From that moment on, everything was just perfect for us. We have stayed in some of the Top Hotels in the world and I must say that the service we got at this beautiful little resort can match any of them easily. We will definitely return as it is one of the best value for money resorts on the Island and their beach is probably at the top 5 as well.

Nach Check IN Schimmel im Zimmer festgestellt. Zimmer gewechselt und Abends muffeligen Geruch im neuen Zimmer wahrgenommen. Auch hier Schimmel! Nach einer Nacht direkt wieder ausgecheckt. Es wurde auf den Regen geschoben und man war sich keiner Schuld bewusst

Patron imbu de sa personne, n acceptant aucune remarque, attente dépassant l heure pour de simples nouilles. Du jamais vu en Thaïlande. Le service est aussi déplorable que l accueil et pourtant le cadre est très beau.A fuire absolument et faire passer le message
