真的很差勁！風塵撲撲趕到酒店後酒店前台明明三個人，我們表示要辦理入住後，前台就一直接電話説喊等，明明還有兩個前台在旁邊坐着發呆，我們就傻等在那裡……這個酒店員工服務意識淡薄就罷了，最過分的是居然不打掃衞生，因為頭一天衞生做的特別差，我們還在房間掛了請打掃的牌子並且桌上留了小費希望可以做的乾淨點，結果出去一天晚上回到房間簡直驚呆了。。不衹是軟性服務差，硬件設施也是破舊，特別是洗漱台，裝了一個華而不實的盤子一樣的接水台，稍微一用水就那個水花就濺得到處都是，刷牙都不敢吐泡沫，因為出來就會沾到身上，別提多噁心了🤢，除此之外，房間地板很多沙，第一天晚上空調不製冷，房間沒有給空調遙控器，出門找前台沒有人，衹有一個守門大爺躺在門口呼呼大睡，就熱着等天亮！最惡劣的就是不打掃衞生還不承認，説上午來了一趟看屋裡有人在，這是什麼理由？意思就反正來了一趟了，沒做衞生也不賴他？泰國住酒店還是要大牌連鎖的，這種本地民宿小酒店千萬別來！
環境：酒店小的可憐，周圍沒有夜市可以逛

在蘇梅島過度一下住了這家酒店，這家酒店在蘇梅島裏不算大屬於小但非常精緻的那種！很有設計感，泳池的設計驚艷到我了，性價比高，酒店在蘇梅島主路旁很好找

Struttura molto bella, situata alla fine della spiaggia di Lamai.
La posizione è molto tranquilla è ideale per chi cerca un po’ di relax.
Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera con posizione diretta alla piscina ed era molto pulita.
Lenzuola morbidissime, una particolarità della struttura è che hanno eliminato la plastica.
La spa è molto ben curata, ho fatto un massaggio Thai davvero rigenerante. Ma la scelta era davvero molto ampia.
La colazione è molto buona, ma poco personalizzabile (offrono un menu a scelta con colazione americana, internazionale e thai).
Il personale è stato davvero molto disponibile nel risolvere ogni nostra esigenza.
Inoltre è anche possibile, utilizzando un servizio di transfer, raggiungere l’altra struttura, situata nella parte interna di Lamai.
Davvero consigliata!

Front desk staff gave me false information for reservation change which costed loss in finance and complicated the situation! She basically agreed with all then denied what she agreed! Very disappointing and upsetting!
Food on the other brand is delicious and healthy in its restaurant!

We've come to The Spa Resorts regularly since Dec 2009, both in Koh Samui as well as in Chiang Mai (while it still operated). We love the fully renovated Samui beach location and spent Christmas for the last two consecutive years there. The main reason to visit is to do the colon cleanse program which is incredibly effective and just like myself there are many repeat visitors who return year after year to do the cleanse. But it's not mandatory to do any of the cleansing programs to stay there, that's just the unique feature of The Spa Resorts. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant and quality of the food is outstanding. Very healthy, fresh choices and unfortunately, we never stay long enough after the cleanse to enjoy the food. But the restaurant alone is worth a visit even if you don't stay at the resort itself. Already looking forward to our next stay at The Spa Resorts in Koh Samui.

Quiet place away from noisy Thailand. Finally we can feel the surrounding nature, crickets :) Very nice perosnal. The room is absolutely clean, fragrant, the bed is comfortable. The room is equipped, wifi, kettle, fridge, fan, we also have a terrace. There are also toiletries. We are very satisfied. The food in the restaurant is not absolutely expensive, we expected more expensive, it's okay. The taste is also okay, recommended fried banana with ice cream. I rate this resort price-quality-location-cleanliness-appearance, at 1. I am satisfied🙏🏼 If you want to take a break after all year I recommend this place ❤️

A wonderful place to relax and treat yourself! I have been coming back again and again for years. In November I was there for the second time after the renovation. everything is furnished with love. You feel very comfortable. Very clean and very quiet. You feel at home as soon as you arrive. A great team that is always available, very friendly and takes care of you. I did a detox programme. The programme and support is tailored to your individual needs. Professionally competent and so pleasant. Patrick does an amazing job! I will come back!

The resort is set in a beautiful, quiet location on Lamai beach. I did the Clean Me Out program and felt assisted every step of the way, as this was my first time doing something like this. There was also a great meditation and yoga class every morning : )
