Booking booked two rooms for a family for two weeks. I ended up being robbed - they stole 200 dollars. And the owner, instead of apologizing, was just lying. I have never faced such a situation in my life. It began with the fact that one of my relatives could not join and I asked if one of the rooms (with two numbers could be replaced with a single one) they told me no, although there were such numbers. And I didn’t say a word, because it’s true, a relative fell ill in two weeks. It's disloyal, but there are no questions. But that's when they stole $200 from my room. The owner not only did not apologize, he said that I DID NOT PAY FOR THE ROOM (I paid 100% in advance, and when the terminal did not work for them, I paid in cash to the manager for the services) and again did not say a word. The owner of the hotel, the Frenchman, not only does not know what service is. They steal there, and he himself lies publicly.

Une nuit et à fuir….la perle mais not luxury… Le contexte : nous avions réservé avec notre agence locale 8 nuits au luxury perle boutique hôtel, une chambre dite familiale « vue latérale mer » avec piscine privative, comme tous les bungalows théoriquement de cet hôtel, dixit leur site web et dixit les sites de réservations bien connus que je ne nommerais pas. Les photos sur le site web montraient effectivement une vue mer et surtout une vraie piscine privative devant la chambre. L’ Accueil dans cet établissement s’est fait pour nous en devant « escalader le chien » couché sur le tapis de l’entrée d’un restaurant car l’accueil est dans le restaurant qui fait aussi bar. Accueil avec une personne qui a devant elle un bloc notes et un crayon à papier, qui prend vos passeports pour en faire une copie et qui vous explique en écrivant sur son bloc notes que le petit déjeuner est ouvert de telle heure à telle heure. Transfert vers la chambre en traversant une route et entrée dans le jardin dit « tropical » sur le site, constitué en fait de pots de fleurs et non pas d’un jardin au final, passage sous 3 climatiseurs qui vous dégoulinent de l’eau dessus et arrivée à l’arrière de la chambre devant la porte. Déjà à ce niveau odeur nauséabonde de remontée d’égouts. Entrée dans la chambre dans laquelle il faisait plus de 30 degrés car climatisation non mise en route avant l’arrivée des clients. Visite de la chambre et la vue latérale mer est en fait vue « restaurant réception » pour voir la mer en latéral, penser à monter sur une chaise et vous tordre le cou…ensuite la notion de piscine privative est exceptionnelle dans cet établissement...c’est en fait une piscine partagée entre 3 chambres, 3 sections séparées par des barrières entre elles! Vous pouvez même vous baigner avec votre voisin en passant sous la barrière car elle est au dessus du niveau de l’eau, elle a même une porte pour faciliter l’entretien ou pouvoir passer chez vos voisins. On commence à dire que cela ne correspond pas au descriptif sur le site et en clin d’œil la personne qui nous avait accompagnés à la chambre se volatilise! Je vais au restaurant et rencontre un monsieur qui se présente en tant que propriétaire de l’établissement mais non le gestionnaire, il est français ce qui facilite notre entretien verbal théoriquement. Il explique que la vue latérale mer est bien celle ci, vous verrez vous même sur la photo jointe prise en sa présence …La piscine est certes partagée mais c’est récent et cela a été à la demande de plusieurs clients selon ses propos. La photo explique t’il a été prise « sur le moment », merci Photoshop…et il n’a pas d’autres chambres à nous proposer. Il nous explique aussi que par souci de pompes de piscines, il ne pouvait en installer plusieurs et qu’une pompe unique pour 3 chambres est plus simple. De même la climatisation ne fonctionne que si votre clef est bien enclenchée dans l’interrupteur général de la chambre comme dans beaucoup d’établissements mais ils ne v

Serious plumbing issues: low water pressure, no water for a day, clogged drains. There is no restaurant though they say there is. Wifi is very unreliable and didn’t work at all for some days. In a very poor condition overall which makes it very uncomfortable. It is on a very nice beach though. Only problem is that the place on both sides of a little road so when a truck comes it feels like it’s going through your room.

Exellent small familly boutique hotel. We stayed there with our two babies, the manager went out of his way to get us a suitable baby bed for our 20 months old. The beach is fantastic. You do not need anything else. We highly recommend. You have a couple of nice resraurants and bar nearby. We loved our stay here.

Nous avons passer 7 jours dans cette hôtel très sympathique nous avons apprécier la tranquillité l endroit est très calme et très beau . Le personnel très accueillant les chambres sont agréable avec une piscine privé . Très bon rapport qualité prix 👍 seul bémol loin des grandes axes mais au moins on été au calme nous avons adorés

Really nice resort, kept clean and tidy. Beachfront, 2 rooms, more in nice garden setting. Beach front have their own plunge pool while garden setting have shared plunge pools. Very nice restaurant overlooking the beach with great views of inter island ferries out to sea. Very good breakfasts. Front two rooms are of a good size, comfy beds, good wifi, good air con and hot water in shower and sink, most hotels do not have hot water in the sink. Good pool towels and bath towels.Good size main swimming pool. Sun beds, bean bags and sun umbrellas close to the pool and on the beach. Beach is good for walking and sea for swimming. Shortish walk to the town area where most things are available, for me, especially mini marts. The hotel will heat up frozen meals from the town. Motor scooters are available on site to hire. Fairly quiet area but the beach bar 100 metres away does get a lot of families during the day. Very quiet at night. The owner is very smiley and helpful. The lady on the front desk and the owners wife are very helpful but tend not to greet with a smile. Or, maybe that was just me ! Can recommend this hotel pretty highly. I have been a GM of quality hotels, resorts for 45 years. If you do not agree, oh well.

周邊餐廳不多。好幾天沒有熱水了……沒有意識到我不得不要求打開它。空調壞了幾天，所以在修好之前我不是很熱就是很冷。大海和海灘的景色都很好。清潔女工非常好，做得很好。電視壞了。

Qu'il a été dur de rentrer en France après ces 10 nuits merveilleuses passées du 20 au 30 Avril (2022) !!! L'hôtel est situé en première ligne de la plus belle plage de Samui : Ban Taï et pourtant c'est une des moins peuplée !! Vous aurez de l'eau à marrée haute comme à marrée basse. De l'ombre si besoin car il y a des arbres. Une eau calme et clair plutôt propice au snorkeling. En descendant vers le sud de cette plage (à pieds ou en scoot par la route) il y a de nombreux restos. En gros on est à l'opposé de l'agitation de Chaweng ou Lamai. Si c'est la tranquillité que vous recherchez alors n'hésitez plus une seconde et foncez à La Perle ! Concernant le logement nous avons opté pour le bungalow "Boonme", l'un des deux seuls en première ligne sur la plage avec une piscine privée, face au couché de soleil, sans vis-à-vis....juste un régal ! Covid oblige, pour l'instant le resto de l'hôtel est fermé mais nous espérons de tout cœur qu'il pourra ouvrir à nouveau ! A l'accueil vous serez guidée par Trang (qui s'occupera également de votre petit dej, dans la salle du resto face à la mer..) et le responsable et son fils, adorables et Français. N'hesitez pas à leur demander pour vos besoins en scooter et/ou excursions Encore merci à toute l'équipe pour votre accueil si chaleureux, nous avons passé ce séjour comme sur un nuage ! The location is undoubtedly very nice and the interior of the villas is beautiful. Each villa has a private pool at least according to the pictures on the website, however, we were very disappointed to learn that two villas had to share a pool only separated by a thin fence which does not extend down to the pool's ground and thus can easily be underswum. On our arrival the pool was dirty and of muddy colour, so we complained with the manager that we were disappointed with the villa and that the website pictures would not reflect reality. We asked him to send somebidy to look after the pool. His answer was surprisingly rude, he showed us clearly that he didn't want to be bothered by his guests and said that he had checked the pool before our arrival and that it had been perfectly clean then, thus suggesting that we had spoiled it ourselves. During the whole 3 day stay the matter was not addressed anymore, although in lesson 1 of the hospitality course for beginners it would have been his principal duty to offer us another villa or give us a discount if the pool cannot be cleaned ir at least apologise, but nothing happened. The rest of the staff by the way is equally unfriendly, they expect that you kneel down before them until they open an umbrella for you. As a summary if you ask me whether you should go to this beach for your stay on Koh Samui I'd say, yes, definitely! But you better disregard la Perle and choose a property nearby if you want ti feel welcome and at home.

A truly wonderful place. For me, the most beautiful beach in Koh Samui. Amazing staff who handled my booking mistake without any problems and with a smile. They even helped us to find accommodation. So a big “thank you Ms. Tang”. What they do is what I call a perfect client care! The only minus was that they were fully booked at the moment. But I understand they were, when they offer such a good service and place. And so, I hope to come here again. Wish you a lot of happy customers. 😊

We had a lovely stay here, staff were very pleasant. The room was nice but the bathroom did not match quality you would expect when it is titled luxurious. Drains smelt and shower not the best. We also did not get our pool cleaned until the morning of check out which was disappointing as we had paid extra for the room with a sea view pool. It was a lovely stay but I am unsure if we would choose to stay again.

We stayed here for a few days - taking on of the beachside rooms which was stunning with a fab view over the beach to the sea. Good amenities- very clean. All the staff were excellent and extremely helpful especially Tang who arranged some special birthday celebrations and could not have done more to help. And Phew who served us from the bar - always ready to bring another Singha or whip up a great cocktail! Food is just breakfast and lunch (no dinner) but there are good eateries nearby either along the beach or within a short walk back up to the main road (we liked Nam which is just before the main road). Beach is gorgeous and good swimming. Beautiful views. Bring the repellent !! We would definitely go back !!

What a beautiful place with very friendly & caring staff. Clean, comfortable, silent & a great escape from work & citylife. Rooms clean, staff is caring a lot. Beach very clean, sea is beautiful. A few restaurants, beach bars etc nearby but food & drinks at La perle also excellenct & reasonable!

We had the best time ever at la Perle! After reading the previous review we panicked and looked at other places before we arrive but once we arrived we realised how amazing it is! Yes the restaurant is closed after covid but the restaurants either side are so good that you would probably go here anyway! The staff were incredible and couldn’t do enough for us, if you want a nice clean hotel in a fabulous location then this is so much value for money! Thank you la Perle! ♥️
