Отель находится на отшибе, вход в море не песок, а ракушечник. Номера уставшие, все полы скрипят! Номер с бассейном нет смысла брать так как вода в нет кипяток (апрель). Завтраки тоже так себе, единственное хорошо что делают фреши! Вообщем сомнительно лухари отель как они себя позиционируют.

除了風大又下大雨入住當天的海灘不能游泳以外，酒店堪稱完美。酒店前台的thunder超級熱情的接待我們，每一個工作人員都超級nice。而且酒店有很多免費的活動可以參與～ 因為白天天氣不好水上運動被叫停，但還是享受了網球和nature walk，view point景色值得起大早～ 在爬到view point的路上酒店的guide告訴我們因為疫情期間疏於管理有75間房間需要重新翻修，所以現在客人超級少。及時是春節蘇梅爆滿的情況下，也能在這裏找到一片寧靜～ 晚餐fishtale的餐廳超級、超級、超級好吃！因為是我們的週年紀念，還佈置了客房，第二天早餐還送了可愛的甜品。

環境都不錯，早餐也是比較有泰式風情一些，嗯，環境下是一個小花園一樣，內容豐富而多彩，服務人員也非常的親切，總之是一個不錯的地方，非常鬧中取靜。

首先好的點是：酒店風景很美，很安靜，服務熱情！泡酒店很舒服。不好的點：早餐種類相比這個價錢比較少。我們一月底去的，酒店私人沙灘浪特別大！嚇人的大。周邊什麼也沒有，蘇梅島打車很貴，不過走500米有租摩託車的，出於安全考慮我們沒有租。酒店吃飯不算便宜。也沒有什麼孩子能玩兒的。很認真的寫評論，供參考。

Our family getaway at Garrya Tongsai was nothing short of incredible. From the welcoming check-in to the impeccable service provided by the friendly staff, every moment felt like a cherished memory in the making. Our daughter's daily adventures at the Kids Club were a highlight, thanks to the creative activities and attentive staff. There was an excellent complimentary breakfast buffet and all of the restaurants had great food and were able to accommodate a gluten allergy. The massages at the spa were genuinely the best I've ever had! Our heartfelt thanks to the entire Garrya Tongsai team for making our family trip unforgettable. Amidst the impeccable service, delightful cuisine, and heavenly spa experiences, we were pleasantly surprised by the resort's eco-friendly initiatives, including the thoughtful touch of offering lemongrass straws instead of plastic ones. We're already looking forward to returning to this paradise.

整體環境、位置都非常不錯 有山也有海 也有準備許多小禮物讓人非常驚喜 服務人員都非常親切熱情 總體來說非常推薦。

I had an amazing stay at Garrya. It is quieter and away from the main streets, and if we wanted to explore it was easy and inexpensive to request a shuttle or taxi. I needed to visit the hospital during my stay, and the staff were so kind and helpful in arranging transportation late at night. The food for breakfast and the restaurants was delicious and service was great. I would definitely stay here again.

我們在泰國住過很多度假村酒店，但我們計劃慶祝週年紀念日的這家酒店的經歷非常令人失望。 酒店位於半山腰，周圍幾乎什麼都沒有，他們提倡什麼都不做，只是享受酒店，這就是我們的計劃。 當我們入住房間時，我們嘗試躺在沙發上，發現沙發和墊子的味道非常難聞，就像一些噁心的汗水。我們向接待處通報了此事，他們說他們會修復它。 於是，我們決定去海灘，但是沙子都是岩石，無法行走，而且海水也很波浪。然後我們搬到游泳池去嘗試享受自己，但工作人員開始用泳池周圍一台非常吵鬧的機器洗地板。 由於沒有可用的沙發、適合步行的海灘或游泳池，我們可以盡情享受，我們出去吃晚飯，希望回來時至少能洗個熱水澡。 回來後發現工作人員把最難聞的坐墊收走了，可能換了坐墊套，但沙發本身還是有股難聞的味道。如果不放乾淨的毛巾，我們就無法坐在上面。 天已經很晚了，老公洗澡了，輪到我的時候卻沒有熱水了。所以，我們沒能享受到期待已久的熱水澡。熱水浴缸實際上是我們預訂這家酒店的原因之一。飯店說會派工程師去檢查，但已經太晚了，我們實在不想用假期繼續解決問題。 另一天，當我們想從冰箱裡拿一些牛奶來喝咖啡時，我們發現牛奶已經被前一位客人打開了。 我們再次向前台經理通報了沙發發臭的情況，她回覆說已經更換了墊套。那麼好吧。你猜這是他們能做的最好的事了嗎？ 還有其他問題，例如叫了越野車，但他們忘記了我們的訂單，所以我們最後在酒店入口處摸黑等了 15 分鐘。我們一關門就意外被鎖在陽台上（客房服務員說鎖有問題，很容易掉下來鎖門）。房間裡的電話打不通。房間裡的香味太濃了，讓我們頭痛。吹風機很弱，房間裡沒有音箱等。 我們的住宿很令人沮喪，我們甚至無法享受這家酒店的一點點。週年慶典被毀了。我們認為我們可以相信悅榕莊酒店的標準。

One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. Gorgeous room, lovely pool, well cared for lush grounds, superb food and the nicest staff ever! Will never forget my stay here.
