Non ac rooms not providing tea cattle etc. Room charges are around 2400+gst. Disgusting. Too many mosquitoes. Cleanliness was ok.

We stayed for one night. The rooms were average in size. The furniture was old but adequate. The bathrooms looked newly renovated. The staff was friendly. There was some lack of coordination between reception and house keeping. Food at the hotel was good. Railway station is in walking distance.

The hotel was very good, was easy to find. The rooms are same as mentioned in the photos. Rooms are very spacious. I ordered food from the hotel, it was pocket friendly as well as good in taste.

The location is very good. Rooms are spacious. House keeping can be better. Food good. Generally amenities are good.

Rooms are not clean. From outside the hotel appears as a 3star. Inside no cleanliness n also price of non ac is too high with that cleanliness

Very old property. But good cleanliness maintained inside the room and hotel. But not well maintained from outside. Sofa had stains. I would not stay again in this hotel next time. There are better options available.

When we reached hotel, they said that the booking is for non ac room. Horrible. Wasn't mentioned anywhere while booking. Room is also not maintained well

Best one for family. No amenities as such. Services was also good. Food at masala pot is nice. Only breakfast menu was only 2 items in main breakfast food paratha and sevai upma. We had to order from menu card.

Very cooperative staff, cleanliness is very well maintained. Ambience is very good, the location is very good and accessible.

Zero amenities, poor breakfast variety. Outdated elevators. Rooms with poor lights. Poor in-house tea facility.

I am been a regular traveler. This was worst part of my traveling. Wc where unclean, food didn't had variety. It was very oily. 3 person amount was taken but bed size was too small. It was told to us to sleep on sofa cum bed, even-though we enhance our room by paying for ac. Never recommend.

Location is center of city, everything is just 2-3 kms away. Amenities are good. Food was tasty. Services were good overall 9/10 (bed linen could have been better)

Break fast only 1 or 2 options are available. Only 1 tea available in room if u want 2nd it would be chargeable

Pleasant stay. Room and bathroom were neat and clean. Staff is kind and welcoming. Worth the money.
