Affordable prices home made food cute cat in the lobby prompt service warm and welcoming staff

Service was terrible, they doesnt care about the guests. Even could find person to open the gates in early morning, we could have missed the flight. Really a bad experience.

The hotel room is too small. I have booked this hotel for 3 people but they didn't provide the big room. The behaviour of the staff was also very bad.

The front looks very aesthetic but the rooms are very poorly maintained. Looks bland. Staff is helpful and cooperative. Very basic washroom and rooms. Other than these aspects the hotel is good. Would recommend only if you’re short of options and need a place.

Staffs are well mannered, food is excellent, rooms are clean and tidy, properly maintained environment.

The staff were very friendly as always. Rooms were clean. I had some issue with my car. The staff did help me. All in all i would rate them 5 out of 5.

The hosts were extremely polite. Early check-in was available. And hotel is at a quite location. Extremely safe.

Staff was so kind and helpful specially mr. Gopal. He helped me through my every queries and difficulties and everything was quite good

Room floor is slanted to 10-15 degrees, whenever you stand on floor you will feel someone is pulling you. Like gravity
