고풍스러운 건물에서 최고의 서비스를 받을 수 있습니다. 객실 청결은 인도에서 묵은 모든 호텔 중 최고. 직원들에게 개인팁을 주지 못하게 되어 있어서 팁을 바라는 듯이 눈치 주는 경우도 없고, 모든 직원이 지나갈때마다 환하게 웃으며 인사합니다. 조식뷔페도 아주 좋습니다.

Wonderful old age hotel. Great service, good breakfast and spacious rooms. Excellent pool to top it all off.

Hotel and there services was nice only outside the entrance have ***y footpaths shops and super crowded

호텔방이 너무 지저분해서 청소를 부탁했는 데 처리해 주지 않아서 많이 힘들었습니다. 리셉션에 몇번이나 전화를 하였지만 처리되지 않았습니다. 그리고 방에 준 과일도 형편없었습니다.

Nice heritage property

It is an old hotel but has been renovated nicely throughout the hotel. We stayed in premier room for 5 nights . Large bedroom but the bath room is very small. The room serves was excellent. The staff were very helpful and made our stay very comfortable. We have few little issues in the room but they were put right straight away. I wasn’t very impressed with the service in the dining room. Few times we were take to a table which was dirty and we were told sit while they were cleaning. They shouldn’t have take us to the table before cleaning. We were happy to wait for them to clean the table before we were taken to the table. After ordering cooked breakfast there is long waiting some days we were waiting for the menu for over 5 minutes. You will have to wait for tea another 5 times. We had to wait for everything. There are plenty of staff in the dining room but I think they need more training. All the staff including the door men were very helpful. Thank you everyone for making our stay comfortable.

This hotel is my favorite in Kolkata. The service is the best ever. But unfortunately the rooms smelled very musty and moldy this time. My husband has ash**a so we had to change room to get a balcony room for the air flow (which they charged), was musty as well! Room#354. We had to turn the AC off and let the natural air flow the whole time by cracking the balcony door open. Maybe it's the particular wing of the hotel since I've stayed there before and didn't have this issue. I think it needs a renovation soon atleast that wing of the hotel. Other than that everything was perfect.
