帕勞中心酒店(Palau Central Hotel)

We shifted to the hotel from another one in the early morning before we went for sea activity. We saved our bags in the front desk. Hotel staffs were very friendly and gave us towels for sea activity. After came back to the hotel, we found our room was arranged at the third floor with rock island view, which was great and worthy of the money. The room was spacious and very clean. There was even an elevator for going up to the floors. Though the breakfast was somewhat simple, but it was enough to us. We loved the warm memories at the hotel.

This may be the nicest small hotel I have ever stayed at in my 45 years of traveling. The staff are great, so friendly, so kind & they WANT to take of everything you may need! I will stay here again on my next trip. I can say "I FULLY recommend this hotel"!

I could not have asked for a better stay in Palau than the one I experienced at Palau Central. The property is beautiful and very conveniently located, staff extremely attentive, beds some of the most comfortable I’ve stayed in, and the views from their Rock Island view rooms are unparalleled. Having Canoe House right in the hotel was a tremendous asset as well, as it’s one of the most fun bars in Palau and whenever you’ve finished a night out or want delicious room service you have that at your disposal. Staff will go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need during your stay. The pool and outside area with waterfall are a perfect place to relax after or between dive days…I simply cannot say enough about this wonderful accommodation in one of the most beautiful places on the planet. I can’t wait for my next visit! Mesulang!

When you enter the hotel,you can smell how fresh it was.The lady in the frontdesk is so warm and can communicate very well.Me and my husband has a different accent and barely speak English but the frontdesk name Rona is generous to explain everything to us.She provides every answer to our question making it easy to go around the island.The drivers are very kind and helpful.Room is very clean and the lady name Carmen is very nice making our bed comfortable. Breakfast is simple yet you will know it is prepare like you are at home. The staff are so warm and maybe the reason my husband said it's different from other hotel. Their giftshop is amazing.Overall, our stay is memorable and worth every money we pay.

My wife and I were here for 3 nights, meeting the waiting driver at ROR Airport and arriving at this hotel at 3:30PM. A nice receptionist made the check in quick and easy, filling out a short form, verifying my credit card, collecting the key and following the driver down the 1st floor hallway. Room #2103 had wood patterned tile and was the perfect size for its comfortable king, long shelf-desk unit with Keurig coffee machine, water, refer, large TV(clear BBC, CNN and ~50 more channels), secure room wifi and a quiet wall AC. A spacious bathroom included a tile shower, large vanity and heated Japanese toilet. A sliding door opened to a concrete patio with a table and 2 chairs and view to the parking lot. The 6AM breakfast buffet is complete and run by 2 lovely cooks who prepare/serve oatmeal and omelets to your preference. Starting at 11:30AM, lunch and dinner is available at the popular adjoining Canoe House Restaurant where we enjoyed 2 excellent meals. I used the small 4 station gym and we both swam in the clean long narrow pool. We walked 220m west to the large Surangel’s Supermarket and rented a car($65 with insurance) to circle Babeldaob island and tour Koror and Malakal Islands We were very pleased with this friendly, quiet hotel which included airport transfers($66 RT), nice breakfast, good restaurant and 24 hour reception.

We stayed the the hotel twice, bookending a liveaboard dive trip. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was great, the location convenient to everything. We left a credit card in the room and they contacted us right away. We highly recommend this hotel and if we ever return, we will be staying here.

We have had a terrific experience at the Palau Central Hotel. Everyone working here has been incredibly warm and helpful. They do everything possible to make your stay easy and bring such remarkable kindness and warmth. Their location in great. Easy to access everything. And if you're spending most of your days doing activities on the water or the rock islands--it has everything you need at a great price. (There is no beach here but most people who come this far come not to lay on the beach but to head out to snorkel, dive and explore and most hotels don't have a beachfront) From helping rent a car for a day of exploring to checking on whether flights are delayed without your even asking--just because they know which airlines tend to be delayed--to giving you transport to all the local restaurants, they have made every piece of logistics easier. They get to know you, treat you like someone they care about in a small town. This place is a gem.
