亞歷山德拉酒店及公寓(Alexandra Hotel&Apartments)

Value for money. Good location. Nice staff

We asked to look at the rooms as we were staying a bit inland and was checking hotels for our next visit. We entered the hotel to check out the amenities and room the lady on the reception was very helpful and asked a colleague to show us 3 of there rooms. All I can say is the rooms we saw were very good indeed, the beds bathrooms and the rooms in general were spot on and we will consider our next stay here. Our only concern is the bad reviews you read or were we shown the better rooms. Or are your rooms allocated by which holiday company you use 🤔 but I must say the rooms were better than the kosta palace. ?

Gute, zentrale und ruhige Lage, nahe am Hafen und der Altstadt, modernes, sauberes Hotel, kleiner Pool, freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet, mit einem Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher. Die Betten sind gross und komfortabel. Vom Zimmer aus hatten wir Aussicht auf den Hafen. Wir haben eine Nacht verbracht weil unser Schiff anulliert wurde.

Not like the traditional hotels we had stayed in on a 4 week island hop but for our last two days it was very comfortable and relaxing snd everything worked. We even had hot water and a powerful shower! Would recommend as very accessible to all Kos Town has to offer and a great price. Breakfast was good but reception staff were not overly friendly and helpful- when we asked for a taxi for 4 to the airport it was as if no one had ever asked for such a thing before.

Friendly receptionists except during check-out. Comfortab le bed in a studio for which we did not ask. Good location if one wants to be in Kos. Crappy view from the window while wondering why, in an almost empty hotel, we got such a dreadful view on the third floor.

Utilizzato come appoggio tra un traghetto e un volo, per una notte. La nostra stanza era decisamente sporca: macchie di mascara sui cuscini, peli sparsi ovunque nel bagno, rubinetterie sporche, lenzuola puzzolenti e dall’aspetto nemmeno stirato… abbiamo dormito sopra alle lenzuolacertamente noi non torneremo più in questo hotel.

Absolutely fabulous!! We stayed in room 404 which had a wonderful view of the harbour and we loved sitting on our balcony enjoying the view. The hotel was in a wonderful location - very accessible for all the sights ,and also close to the old town and shops, restaurants and all amenities. The staff at the hotel were absolutely great - they were so helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed lovely breakfasts and swam in their pool which was small and quiet. The room was immaculately clean and well serviced and we met the cleaners who were so smiley and happy. There was also free air conditioning and a free safe deposit box. Finally, a huge thanks to the lovely lady who was always at breakfast, who went way above and beyond what was expected, and even helped us learn some Greek despite being very busy. We have already recommended this hotel to our family and friends and will continue to do so. We will also return as soon as possible.

Air conditioning did not work even tho we reported every day. Just told that they will have a technician in the morning. Water kept coming up through the vents on the bathroom floor every time you had a shower or washed your hands. Pool was dirty and had so much chlorine in it our eyes were stinging for hours after it. The reception staff were not interested in anything. The maids were very friendly and did a good job keeping every thing clean. Would not stay here again but location was excellent!! But not enough for no air con for a week ! Def not for kids. Pool was crap !
