Hard to write review about the hotel which we paid but never got into! We tried to cancel it because of visa problems, but hotel refused to return money , so nothing so far .

It was a simple and cheap hotel with breakfast included, situated right în front of Marina and some km from center.

我們喜歡的東西 ✅ ●位置很棒！距離海港 20 分鐘步行路程，位於碼頭對面，靠近舊城區，距離天堂海灘 5 分鐘路程。 ●美味的早餐。有很多可供選擇。在我們逗留期間（1週），這種情況每天都在減少。到了最後一天，已經很窮了。沒有咖啡，沒有果汁，缺少麵包、雞蛋和果醬。調味品常常是空的。當被問及原因和更多時，那位男性年長工作人員只是說「很便宜，已經完成了」。 ●免費空調。然而，由於沒有窗戶，房間變得非常溫暖。猜猜這就是包括空調的原因。 ●適合短期停留。 我們不喜歡的事 ❌ ●清潔很差。當我們到達時，浴室牆上有 4 隻被壓死的蚊子。 ●陽台很髒。被下面汽車的煙灰覆蓋。從來沒有清理過。我用毛巾來清潔它，它很髒。附圖片。 ●房間沒有窗戶，非常溫暖。不過謝天謝地有免費的冷氣！ ●床墊非常不舒服。沒有床保護罩，也不是合適的床墊，所以一週的住宿是一個挑戰！ ●取早餐時受到監視和追蹤。工作人員吃得很糟糕。 ●有史以來最粗魯的員工。所謂的經理從不微笑，從不向你打招呼，並且不遺餘力地表現出令人討厭的態度。從來沒有打過招呼，也沒有微笑過。從來沒有說過早安。早餐時跟著我們。咕嚕咕嚕，痛苦不堪，而且極其無助。 ●沒有盥洗用品。連洗手液都沒有。 ●在我們住宿期間沒有給我們新的衛生紙。不得不問，當被問到時，被投訴的工作人員確實非常粗魯。 ●毛巾又小又少。 ●浴室的排水管無法正常運作，所以洗完澡後幾個小時地板總是濕透的。 ●壓力和溫度時好時壞。 ●因為住宿期間很冷，所以買了一條毯子，倒數第二天晚上，清潔工進來了，沒有打掃房間，反而把毯子拿走了！ ●樓下的廁所常常沒有衛生紙，而且很髒。就像一個被遺忘的空間！水槽裡充滿了沙子和污垢。 ●當卡片沒有插入插槽時以及當您外出時，冰箱會關閉，因此一切都會變熱，房間會變得非常溫暖，冰箱需要一段時間才能通電並再次變冷。 建議 ●閱讀評論！最近的非常差。 ●培訓/僱用新員工。 ●裝修浴室。 ●乾淨！ ●聘請會說英語的工作人員。理想的是友善的。 我已就這裡的男性「經理」和清潔問題向************提出正式投訴。

Der Standort des Hotels ist super, sehr zentral und Kos ist wunderschön...Leider war die Reception sehr unfreundlich, das Zimmer war ok. Sehr laute Umgebung . TV-Sender nur auf griechisch und das W-LAN ziemlich instabil. Ich war 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel.

Please do not stay at this hotel. I arrive one week ago. The owner was rude from the get go, arrogant unpleasant and unhelpful. Face like thunder from morning to night. When I walked into my room it absolutely stunk of pooh. My Aircon was not working and despite asking for somebody to look at this it took a whole 24 hours to get somebody to me. I did not get one fresh tail or toilet role in 7 days. Breakfast wasn't bad . Fresh but this is the only thing I would say was decent about my stay. No swimming pool at the hotel but that was expected as I knew this when I booked. My mum and step dad stayed at the hotel bahamas, 8 minute drive I was grateful enough to have been able to stay at their hotel during the day to eat and use the facilities swimming pool ect. Billy the owner his brother costas a family owned business allowed me to spend my days at the hotel it was an amazing experience the hotel is beautiful clean and the people are so kind. Thankful to the hotel bahamas , I would have had a Terrible holiday if not. Thank you Billy. Do not ruin your holiday by staying at the kos bay hotel. It was disgusting the staff are rude rooms filthy and you will not even get a slice of toilet roll to wipe your ****. The showers spit out the smallest amount of dribble it would take an entire day to fill a bath. Do your self a favour and stay at the hotel behamas. Best hotel by far

A bargain of a price. .. but the offering was a disgrace, a frosty mangeress who didnt no how to smile along with most of her staff, lucky to get your room serviced but when you did it was to a good standard no kettles in the room as advertised Satilite TV didn't work .... Air conditioning had to get the one and only pleasant member of staff to look at it ( Thanks Alex ) it was always a task to get any requests done even asking 3 times.... Breakfast was what I expected fresh and nice.... the only funny thing was it has a domestic 2 slice toaster..... but a great selection of goodies. . I renamed the manageress as Frosty Knickers

When I booked this hotel it clearly stated that it had a bar but I asked the guy on the desk what time does it open he said it's closed in fact no longer have one .My partner has walking difficulties so I purposed wanted a hotel with a bar which was misleading . Another problem was our light didn't come on in the bathroom as it did t have a outside window it was pitch black when you shut the door.I told the man on reception on the evening when we arrived said he'd look in the morning he never came that day so spoke to him again he reluctantly said give me your key and off he went seconds later he came down said it's working .When we went up switched it on it flickered and didn't come on again so all week we were in darkness . Also the day before we left I asked a rude lady on the desk if she would check my transfer for me eventually she came back and told me that nothing had come through from them she said why don't you ring them as I wouldn't be able to understand them I said could you phone them she did very reluctantly no manners what so ever it put people off to even approach her .

Hotels in Great location, near supermarkets, beach, marina across the road, 10 minute stroll to town centre, lovely taverna around the corner artimese. St,called candeza. Highly recommended. Hotel very tired,elderly day man on reception miserable so&so ,cleaning of room not up to standard, sheets torn&stained, had to ask after 5 days to be changed, as it was 35c+, and they were dirty. 5 days later I stripped bed for 2nd change, but they just put same sheets back on bed ,next day I stripped bed again & piled on floor, they took the hint, our bathroom was not touched for the whole stay, shower is s joke ,curtain you can't close so floor soaking wet, cleaners empty bin & mop floor that's it, fridge in room which was a plus but seal knackered on it so always a puddle of water in side it. We always stay in budget hotels as we're frequent travels who would rather have extra holidays than pay a fortune for a expensive hotel, we loved Kos but wouldn't stay in this hotel again.

This place is a dump. There's no hot water! Every single morning it's a nightmare of getting a cold shower, the water is not even warmish. The staff is rude, lazy and ignorant. They don't change the towels or bedding at all. Pure lazy and disgusting! The toilet stinks like poo from the day 1 of arrival. It's very noisy, I can hear all the neighbors, cars and the fridge. The disgusting breakfast is served late and they do not top up things. I am so glad it's my last day of stay. I will never get back to Kos in case I will get a similar conditions in another hotel.

Grumpy older man on desk does go nowhere near to describe him. Rude and unhelpful to any nationality. Front of hotel if staying in that side is very noisy traffic. Shower the size of a very large pizza box and toilet that sounds like the underground. Front desk mostly not manned. Not able to keep room on last day despite 11.30pm flight. Asked grumpy man to help me with WiFi password as couldn't get it to load on phone he told me it was my phone no ine else has ever had a problem. Failed to tell me that you keep the word guest in top box not your name. Kitchen staff tried to make us a coffee at 10.45am he said no I had to pay I asked how much he said he didn't understand me. He told one lady who asked that he wouldn't tell them how to say thank you on Greek as word too long she insisted as it was nice to address people this way he told her I am not going to tell you. Plus side Wi-Fi and air conditioning free. Room clean did get us an extra pillow very reluctantly told me i should of asked in the morning. About a 10 minute walk to heart of everything. Beach not far at all is the plus side. Wouldn’t stay here again as felt it was more apartment than hotel. No tea coffee facility in room just very small fridge on floor. Only facility is a locked fridge in reception selling a few cold drinks. Also have cash to pay for hotel room tax as he will not accept anything else. Loved Kos so would be back just not at this hotel.

Sehr unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter,der über Kunden lästert. Leider kein Rezeptionist bis 15.00 Uhr im Hotel. Handtuchservice wenn man Glück hat alle 3 Tage. Sehr belebte Straße und für das Geld gibt es definitiv besseres. Nach Absprache dea Reiseveranstalters das Hotel gewechselt !
