蒂米特里斯帕利薩酒店(Dimitris Paritsa Hotel)

Cosa valutare di un hotel se non il rapporto qualità prezzo? Ecco che allora l’hotel Dmitri Paritsa da questo punto di vista ha parecchie carte a suo favore. Buona sistemazione con camera nuova e pulita e, caso raro in Grecia, un bagno ristrutturato (anche se con la sempiterna tendina da doccia) e l’aria condizionata non a pagamento. Colazione molto basica ma , ancora, per una quarantina di euro , sufficiente. Ottima poi la posizione e il Wi-Fi gratuito. Da consigliare .

Een goed hotel. Vriendelijke eigenaren en medewerkers! Kamer en badkamer schoon, badkamerdeur zou beter weggelaten kunnen worden vanwege de beperkte ruimte, écht klein maar voor een weekje goed te doen. Ruim balkon, airco apart huren, ontbijt karig, beter om een andere stek te zoeken voor het ontbijt. Dicht bij de haven, locatie van het hotel is perfect en alles makkelijk te voet te bereiken. Auto parkeren geen probleem.

Non ho mai assistito a così poca igiene e pulizia in nessun hotel. Un hotel in cui l'unica cosa positiva è la posizione ma devi accettare di avere cimici in camera, tendine doccia nere, water otturati, saponi bagno scaduti nel 2020, frigorifero in aria ( sopra il tuo letto) zero pulizia, colazione con 3 uova prosciutto e pomodoro stop!! Ah se chiedi un caffè espresso in malo modo ti dicono che fanno solo quello americano e non altro. Per una settimana io e i miei amici abbiamo fatto colazione all'esterno dell'albergo avendo pagato anche la colazione in quello pseudo albergo . E chi leggo che è stato bene in questo albergo vorrei vederlo da vicino forse non sa nemmeno dove sta di casa la pulizia e una doccia . L'unica nota positiva è KOS isola stupenda. Ma nei più qui la mia agenzia ci ha deluso e si permette anche di dire ci sono state tante persone...

Hotel accogliente vicino al centro di Kos utile per raggiungere velocemente diverse zone della città... disponeva di una camera carina con terrazza. Unica sfortuna era la colazione che non era varia ed era limitata. Luce nella camera poco accesa. Personale gentile e accogliente.

Personnel à l'écoute et très aimable. L'hôtel est bien situé, pas loin des plages et du port, en retrait de la foule des touristes Le point faible de l'hébergement est la taille de la salle de bains, la porte ouverte empêche l'accès aux toilettes...faut pas être très gros pour s'y mouvoir. Mais très propre au demeurant. Climatisation sonore

Excellent hotel within easy walking distance of the beach and the port. Rooms are very comfortable and cleaned every day. The staff are friendly and breakfast is good. Was a very safe area for walking around exploring the town.

Really nice family run hotel ,well maintained and clean ,nice terrace are outside the bar for drinking and eating we also met the owner who was charming ,all in all a very good experience and we would definitely stay again

I Have stated there Just a couple of Days to catch my flight back home. The staff is very polite and friendly. Breakfast is standard with Quality ingredients. Rooms are very clean. Good value and Excellent location near the port and the center of the Kos Town. To the port is 15 min away by foot.

Stayed here at this hotel for 7 nights whilst in Kos. Very friendly and welcoming staff, with 24hr access and free air conditioning. The room was spacious and clean, with a nice balcony and comfy beds. The included breakfast was always fresh and tasty. Staff were very accommodating for our poor flight times, allowing us to use shower and changing facilities late in the evening of our final day, despite being checked out. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.
