鳳凰福拉戈拉公寓酒店(Feniks Fragola Apartments)

Uma ótima escolha no centro da Cracóvia. A hospedagem oferecia comodidades em uma pequena cozinha que facilitou bastante a estadia, permitindo que fosse possível fazer pequenas refeições na acomodação. Além disto, a região oferecia um leque de opções de restaurantes (de todos os tipos e custos) e ótimos pubs para curtir a noite na Polônia. A localização era excelente e foi possível desbravar a cidade caminhando. Não há limpeza diária e como fiquei bastante tempo, seria apenas interessante ao menos ter recolha de lixo (não houve instrução também se havia algum lugar para despejar). De modo geral é uma ótima escolha e recomendo.

Mooi appartement midden in het centrum Krakau. Als je van rust houdt moet je hier niet zijn of oordoppen meenemen 😊 het is s’nachts rumoerig maar dat weet je als je midden in het centrum zit.

La habitación mo se veía nada como las fotos, muy básico todo.

Emplacement idéal, accès simple. Personnel sympathique. Chambre propre et jolie. Je recommande.

Staff were so welcoming and friendly. Communication before and during our stay was excellent. We stayed in 2b fragola, queen room with a bay window. I loved sitting in looking out on to the main square. The flat was very clean and had everything we needed including a washing machine and dish washer. You could hear activity at night from the main square but it was part of the holiday. I would say there was some noise in morning which we think was the pubs and hotels getting stocked up but again due to location you can't expect anything else it didn't annoy or interrupt us. I would definitely stay again. You could also leave bags before and after check in which was very useful. There was tea, coffee and sugar in the room and a microwave.

Lovely apar**ent, all about the location and the view, which must be the best in Krakow. Spacious and clean, though for the price I think a couple of things could be improved. Entry, you need three codes and a phone link (which if there is poor coverage is a bit flaky), sometimes took a couple of minutes to get in. The lights are very bright (which is nice) but the standing lamp switch was broken, so the choise was all or nothing. There was only a small amount of crockery, and it would have been nice to say have a welcome basket (or at least salt pepper and oil) for if you wanted to cook (and we did as it was a lovely place to eat looking our over the square), and the soap dispenser in the bathroom was broken (didn't pump). Just little things, but it is one of the most expensive apr**ents in the city so expectations are high. You are right on the squre and near a nightclub entrance (thurs - sun I think), so there is some noise, but earplus were thoughtfully provided and we did sleep ok. But would I stay again... Absolutely. The location is simply the best.

Great location, so comfortable and very well furnished- everything you need as a base for a short stop in Krakow. Staff very helpful too. May experience noise from the street/bars at the weekend given its location.

A beautiful apar**ent with everything you need! The staff are very welcoming and there is proper tea and coffee (including filter coffee, but sadly we had no way of using it). There’s even a radio in the toilet for your comfort! We had a brilliant view and great sized balcony overlooking the old town square which is literally just outside the main door. The building is also very secure with 3 codes to access your room. 10/10.

Cannot recommend this property enough. Perfect location, polite and helpful staff, lovely rooms. Constant communications to help you access the property. The best stay in Krakow
