Amazing stay! Centrally located and a great base to explore Krakow and surrounds! Our apartment was a very good size and exactly as described. The included breakfast was good, although the options could have been a tad more varied.

We have just got home from a 3 night stay at the Antique apartments . Arrived in the evening , had to pay a 300 plz deposit on arrival ( still waiting for it to return into my bank account ) . There are 3 blocks in the hotel , but only the rooms in the front of apartments had access to a lift . We were on the 5th floor ( top floor ) which was accessed by 10 flights of stairs . An absolute killer with a suitcase. They really need to invest in a lift to help their paying customers . Once in the room , we found there was no wardrobe provided and only a couple of hooks on the walls to hang your clothes. Other than that the room was sufficient and well equipped. The location of these apartments is its best quality , a 3 minute walk to the main square , which is beautiful. I wouldn't stay here again , only because of the lack of a lift to all rooms .

Took large deposit of £200 ton arrival, not once in 5 days did cleaners give fresh towels, or toilet roll, we had to ask for this at reception. They charged us a £80 fine for “vaping” in the room? But not one hotel staff has been in our room as nothing has been cleaned so I would love to know how they have come to this conclusion of vapeing in the room?? They charged us an additional £60 for water (12 bottles which works out £5 a bottle of water?) avoid this scamming hotel! I couldn’t be happier to check out. Will not return to this hotel when I come back to visit krakow. The room stunk of cigarettes when we arrived. Had to ask hotel for air freshener, there was also blood on my duvet. Don’t even think they changed the bedding from previous guests because of how bad it smelt inside the room. I had an incident where we missed out tour and I can honestly say the woman on the desk helped out amazingly that is the only good thing I have to say!

We arrived late and but check in was fast and friendly! There is a deposit upon check in which we weren’t aware of but that’s no problem assuming you don’t lose your key. The apartment we had was separate from the main building and was a 5-10 minute walk away but we were given a map with all information needed so wasn’t a problem, however some others staying explained they couldn’t find their room easily at first so maybe a little improvement could be made here? The room itself was very clean, cosy and comfortable. It had WiFi, all amenities needed so was a real cosy home from home. It was an ideal location, literally a 5 minute walk from the main square and would definitely return, in fact we are in the process of booking a return trip! An Uber to the airport cost about £10 so really reasonable.

Beautiful apartments couldn't get any closer to the main square. Great space for a family. Friendly staff at reception. We were on the first floor so it was really convenient. Comfortable beds and great shower and very clean. We loved our stay in Krakow and we miss it already ❤️

If I was to come to krakow again I would find a different accomadation.  When we arrived I was shocked by the reception it was in this weird lane. The lane way didnt look friendly. On our arrival the lady  was very helpful she told us we be in room 52. She took a deposit  of €75 for the room which I was never aware of this until i went to check in. The room wasn't ready so she took us luggage and gave us a number. When we came backed she  showed us the  lift Which only brings you up to the 4th floor that we have to walk to the 5th floor. She then told us to be careful as it is the oldest  elevator in krakow. My face just dropped. She kindly said dont worry it works just be careful and close the door behind you then she walked away. Took myself and my partner a few minutes to work the lift. I personally didn't feel safe in the lift.  The apartment was very clean but very small. The cellings were very low. The apartment was not like the photos showen. On the first day there was towels in the room. On the third day i asked reception could i get towels as the room wasnt serviced since we arrived. He told me that we already had towels, I explained that i need a fresh towel. After 5 minutes I got a towel. Never in my life had I to explain why i need a fresh towel. He told me that rooms dont get Servied and that if I need towels that they must be requested.  I noticed that the lift was always out  of use as other quest kept leaving the door open on after they used the lift. Finally the day we were checking out. We asked the lady to mind our luggage as late check in wasn't able, the lady said yes and opened the room for us to leave our bags in I asked for the number for the bags and she explained that she won't be doing that today as there's way to many check outs. I work in a hotel and I know this was just laziest.  I did received a number after a while. Words can't describe how happy I am to be home.

Returned last night from an amazing stay here. We were a party of 8 sharing four rooms. Every room we had (2 studios and 2 one bedroomed apartments). All rooms were spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Two rooms even had a washing machine and the other two dishwashers. The studios were in the eaves of the building and one had a small balcony with lovely views of the square and the other studio had a mezzanine bed area and skylight with views over the entire city. We honestly couldnt fault anything here. The location was brilliant just 3/4 minutes to the main square and there were plenty of bars, restaurants etc on the square outside the hotel if you didn’t want to venture far. We were in apartments in block A so had a beautiful vintage lift but if your in block b or c, there is no lift and the steps are many. No good for people with mobility problems. I’m quite fit and I struggled to the 3rd floor so I’d hate to walk to the 5th! This is something to be very aware of so you may need to request block A or a lower floor if you need to. I would highly recommend these apartments and we loved them so much we were sad to leave

Just returned from a fabulous stay at antique apartment it was perfectly situated with just a 2 minute walk to the old square we had a 2 beds apartment the rooms where perfect and very clean and everything you could possibly need . from the outside it could benefit from a good lick of paint but don’t let that put you off as the inside is lovely the only negative thing I have to say is the amount of stairs we had to climb (70 as we counted every time we used them) as this part of the apartment didn’t have a lift.
