ジェットバス付きのベッドルームとリビングが分かれた広い部屋にしていただきました！眺望はなかったものの、天窓があり明るかったです。広くて素晴らしい部屋です。 スパークリングワイン、ソフトドリンクのサービスも非常によかった。 スタッフの方もフレンドリーで親切。とても良いステイになりました。ありがとうございました。

Hotel was perfect over looking the square. Room was very clean smelled amazing, we booked the hotels own transfer driver was very nice and on time go for the rolls Royce great price and a nice touch. Breakfast was 💯 doesn’t have bacon on menu but u can just ask. No hiding charges. Don’t just look just book it you won’t regret it

The location is perfect. We loved that it was across from St. Mary’s Basilica and Christmas markets. Sebastian, the front desk gentleman, went above and beyond to help us. He is kind, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. There is another young man that works at the breakfast buffet by the name of Sebastian, that also provided excellent customer service. Please recognize them in a special way. The ladies that clean the room are also very nice and helpful. The rest of the staff was polite, but did not provide the stellar customer service these two employees provided. Please recognize Sebastian from the front desk and Sebastian from the breakfast buffet in a special way. They make the company look good. We loved the bottle of wine, access to the mini bar, and the attention to detail.

Great location with 24hr staff! My luggage arrived after I did and the airport had it delivered to my hotel just before midnight. The front desk called me and let me know it had arrived so I could go and grab it quickly and have clothes for the next day. I was very happy to have staff that could accept my luggage any time of day/night.

It was my second time to stay at this hotel. I wanted to book for 4 nights but I kept on procrastinating until the day I was about to book and they only have 2 nights out of 4 available. It was my lost. Anyway, I stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and had an amazing experience that’s why I decided to come back. I’m glad I did. This time, the only available room is the suite which has 2 private bedrooms m, 3 restrooms/shower and a huge living space overlooking the main square . The people at the reception have been very accommodating. They were very helpful. All of them, even the guy who was at the reception early morning ( the day of my flight). I was so worried that my flight was cancelled but he checked it and it was good. They gave me boxed breakfast and I cannot find any fault during my whole stay because there was none. I’m definitely going to come back and stay at Betmanowska again . Thank you all .
