Ottimo hotel a 10 minuti a piedi dalla piazza . Molto pulito e silenzioso, ottima qualità del sonno. Camere ampie come anche il bagno. Set per the e caffè, acqua a disposizione gratuitamente. Staff gentile e discreto. Colazione buona,dolce e Salata ; se si desidera qualcosa non disponibile al self servire basta chiedere. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Voilà un hôtel qui ne laissait pas paraître de telles prestations Jamais simple lors de séjours à l'étranger de savoir, ce sur quoi on va tomber, la situation géographique, l'état de l'hôtel, les prestations, s'il correspond aux diverses photos, si les avis sont justifiés... Alors, pour lever tous doutes, foncez, allez y... Cet hôtel à tout pour vous satisfaire et vous faire passer un séjour des plus réussis. Très bien situé, l'hôtel se situe à 20 min de marche de la gare centrale de Cracovie, à 3 min d'une station de tram (pour les plus paresseux), à a peine 6 min de la place centrale. La rue est très calme et cette tranquillité est renforcée par une isolation acoustique, des meilleures. De nombreux commerces sont situés à proximité, restaurant, bar, supérettes, food-truck (il existe dans Cracovie beaucoup de placettes ou de renfoncements sur lesquels se sont installés des points de restauration aux influences diverses) Pour en revenir au point essentiel, l'hôtel, celui-ci est parfait en tous points, très cosy, calme, propre, discret, simple et raffiné. Le petit déjeuner, quand à lui est de très bonne facture, varié et particulièrement diversifié, même si 2 ou 3 sucreries pourraient venir étoffer le buffet. Vraiment, un hôtel qui offre des prestations au delà de ce que l'on peut attendre et imaginer, le rapport prix/prestations est vraiment de très haut niveau et de grande qualité

Beautiful, clean, modern hotel in a central position in Cracovia, only 5 minutes by walking to the central plaza. People at the reception so kind and gentle. Complete continental breakfast with every salad and sweet foods. Full optional rooms

clean rooms,with daily service and cleaning.the room size was ok perfect location near krakow old town very helpfull and nice staff, nice breakfast,with nice choice walking distance from the main attractions

This hotel is located in a quiet area about a 10 min walk of the main square. The rooms are a fair size with a hairdryer, tea, coffee facilities, large shower etc. It was snowing and very cold on our visit but the hotel was warm. I had a room at the top of the hotel and there were no windows, just 2 skylights which as it was snowing the whole time we were there made the room very dark. However as I wasn’t in it much this was no big deal. It’s a small hotel, with no lounge or bar. Breakfast is served in the basement and is ok but nothing to write home about. It all feels rather cramped. Staff were pleasant enough. If you are looking for a budget hotel and intend to be out most of the time this is fine. There is a really nice cafe linked to another hotel on the corner that does a good looking hot breakfast as an alternative to the hotel breakfast .

Beautiful room. Very clean. Bed was comfortable but could have done with more than one pillow. Tea, coffee and water left for guests when checking in and after cleaning. Staff very friendly and welcoming upon arrival and when in and out of the hotel. Great location if you want to be close to the old town, only a small walk away.

The air conditioning did not work. It was 30 degrees in the room throughout our stay - resulting in a poor nights sleep. Apparently no other room was available and not even a fan could be found. It transpired the hotel management had had issues with the aircon in this room previously but were still happy to rent out this room to unsuspecting guests and were unwilling to compensate.

Staff did what they could in a terrible setting. I have stayed in hostels that had better rooms and services. Our room was next to the desk so we were involved in every situation there. Breakfast was just ridiculous.
