阿斯科特大酒店(Grand Ascot Hotel)

Very modern and stylish hotel just 5-10 minutes walking from the main square in Old Town. Room was beautiful, large TV, bathroom absolutely spotless we didn’t want to touch anything in case we got finger marks on the shiny chrome fittings 😬 Good breakfast, the reception and catering staff were friendly and really helpful. Definitely will be our first choice on our next visit.

Et fint og moderne hotell med sentral beliggenhet. Frokost var ikke inkludert i den relativt høye prisen. Det hadde vi ikke forstått, så vi gikk og spiste frokost og ble avkrevd for 80 Zloty pr pers. Det er ca 220 NOK, og veldig dyrt. Det trakk ned for helhetsopplevelsen. Ellers hyggelig og vennlig betjening og et rolig hotell.

Hotel bellissimo camere spaziose e molto comodo per il centro, unico inconveniente una ragazza alla reception che poteva essere più gentile cosa che tutti gli altri sono stati davvero molto gentili e poi alle 10,00 del mattino ti bussa una ragazza che voleva pulire la camera a me non è mai capitato di solito quando esco le signore delle pulizie entrano va beh non c'è problema sono cose da poco la colazione tutta salato di dolce c'è solo un tipo di brioche o pane e marmellata nel complesso dico che è un hotel eccellente ci tornerei

Super hotel i Krakow, med kort afstand til gamlebydel. Dejligt hotel med meget høj service, meget rent, og personale der var på tæerne hele tiden for at gøre alt så godt som muligt 😊

The stay overall was good, but since me and my wife were on a couple stay we had booked and pause entra for a queen size bed so we didn’t end up with two separate single beds - but that is unfortunately what we got..the receptionists said they couldn’t do anything about it and they couldn’t give back the money I payed extra for the queen size bed. They said I could talk to the manager about refund, but I was told that the manager could only be contacted on monday, and this was a weekend stay. They tried to offer us a new room but when we saw the room it was only a bed for 1 person, so that was a waste of time. Also they only had 1 small pillow to offer for us two persons. I asked if they could give us one more but that was not possible. Very strange that a hotel can’t offer one more pillow. And instead of degradering my room they should have upgraded it. So the service here was shocking bad. Everything else was good.

Would have never booked this hotel if i knew very noisey building work would be going on throughout the hotel during our stay. Complained to hotel management and ********** but nothing done. No refund no apology, just indifference. Will no longer be using **********.

Very well kept and clean property. Recommend to book with breakfast - great Buffet! Would definitely come back! Mattress was a little too soft for my personal taste. Tall people will find it difficult not to get the floor wet when showering. Bathtub is not easy to step into, it is rather high.

Flott hotell som ligger veldig sentralt. Hyggelig og hjelpsomme ansatte.

Struttura di charme, bene arredata, camera spaziosa e silenziosa. La colazione a buffet è eccellente, ricca di scelta e abbondante. La posizione dell’hotel è centrale, vicina al centro storico e a ristoranti e negozi. Consigliamo sicuramente questa struttura.
