Relikt skoczni narciarskiej附近的克拉科夫酒店

我們在克拉科夫的懷斯賓斯基酒店住了5晚。真的不能挑這個地方的毛病。我們在4樓有一個可愛的大房間,牀很舒服,他們給我們留下了免費的瓶水。酒店位置優越,靠近老城區,主要市場廣場,一個大商場和其他許多景點。工作人員都非常友好,自助早餐很好吃,有很多選擇。我們在酒店餐廳吃了幾次晚餐,食物很棒。酒店的酒吧裏備有波蘭伏特加,總的來說,我們度過了一段美好的時光,肯定會再呆在那裏!

我們很早就到了克拉科夫,早上可以離開行李去探索。位置離老城區很近,步行幾分鐘就很舒服。我們的第一晚因爲其他客人噪音很大,所以不是很好。我們早上提到這一點,很幸運被搬到另一個房間,這是完美的😊早餐很可愛,種類繁多,我一天早上在月球上吃希臘沙拉!給幾個英國人不熟悉的菜貼上標籤也許是個好主意,因爲我喜歡嘗試不同的食物,但其中一個非常可疑的物品卻陷入了困境!也許我自己嘗試🙃的錯

Nice rooms, very clean, rich breakfast, very friendly staff. Good connection with the city center, the tram stop is very close to the hotel, if you need a store, there is a big Kaufland right next to it. The only complaint is the traffic noise in the rooms facing the street. If you are not used to it, it will be a little difficult for you to sleep.

I was a little apprehensive about booking this hotel because of all the bad reviews but went ahead anyway, from the outside it look’s quite shabby ( but it is in the historic Jewish quarter) inside the main entrance is ok with seating and it’s clean.I must admit I did ask for rooms at the back as it is on a main tram line so did not want a noisy wake-up call .The reception staff are all very nice and helpful our room was lovely low but comfortable bed, tea/ coffee facilities, a really modern bathroom a warm and cosy 4 nights sleep we did get, breakfast was more than enough choice ( really don’t know why people complain) and the young lad on breakfast duty was very polite and always cleaning .all in all a very nice stay and definitely recommend this hotel easy access to all amenities.

10-15 分鐘到巴士站，火車站,但酒店房間電熱水壺都沒有，想要飲熱水，要到下面餐廳自己攞.牙膏，牙刷也沒有 ，連USB充電位都沒有 不過價錢平 但有得選擇寧願比多少少住近火車站對面 附近沒有任何食肆餐廳,只有coffee shop開到晚上九時三十分. 

We had a great weekend in Krakow. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was a good size, clean and had everything we needed. Be aware - there is no doors to the bedrooms. There is a minibar that can be used as a fridge, the bathroom has nice Rituals products. There is a Starbucks and another small cafe right outside where you can have breakfast and also 2 small minimarkets. 5 minutes walk to the marketplace and about 15 minutes to the Wavel Castle. The staff in the reception is nice and helpful and will keep your luggage if you arrive early or leave late.

總的來說,這家酒店很棒!工作人員很友好,非常注重客戶。禮賓服務同樣出色,我想承認強尼。他定義了當禮賓意味着什麼。從餐館建議到處理機場轉賬的一切都是一流的。在一週的時間裏,他從未給我們一個糟糕的推薦。他還爲我們安排旅行!房間(有一張全牀的特權)與美國的房間一樣大,這對歐洲來說是意料之外的。牀很舒服,浴室/淋浴同樣大,很舒服。櫥櫃裏有一些小叮噹,但這是房間裏唯一的磨損跡象。這是我們第一次在克拉科夫,酒店使它成爲一個完美的住宿!位於市中心的中心地帶,步行5分鐘即可到達主廣場和餐飲/景點。如果您需要最後一分鐘購買,它也與商場隔街相望。如果您要去波蘭旅遊,這家酒店是必須的!。

I arrived at the hotel around 10:00 pm after a long journey - I was greeted with information that the system was down and it was not possible to check me into the room I booked and that I had to wait in the bar area. Fortunately, the complications did not last long, otherwise it would be reasonable to offer at least a glass of water while waiting for the problem to be solved. However, this is a detail compared to the point: in the room I had no way to turn off the fan, which was so loud that I couldn't sleep. I reported the problem at the reception the next day and asked to turn off the fan - I received information that at the moment there is no such possibility, because the person responsible and able to do it is currently not at work. As a solution, I was offered earplugs, which are very uncomfortable for me to sleep in, but as they say ”better than nothing”. I was hoping for a shade of relaxation during my two-day stay, and as a result I left the hotel with a headache. Two nights of sleep deprivation, annoying ”humming” of the fan in the room and the inability to open the window = drama.

靠近Tauron競技場，就是這樣。房間乾淨整潔。誘人的價格，因為幾乎在最後一刻就被訂購了。早餐很美味，您可以為喜歡它的每個人選擇一些東西，種類繁多。服務也很好。謝謝

我和媽媽和女兒一起到達,幸運的是,我們只是在一樓,因爲沒有電梯。房間俯前街,明亮乾淨。桌子上的女孩帶我們到我們的房間,給了我們一張城市地圖。我們唯一找不到的是保險箱,我們直接出去了,忘了問,因爲我們只是帶着護照,實際上在最後一天在水槽下面的垃圾箱後面找到了,因爲他們確實要求你在離開時清空垃圾箱。牀很低,夾層牀當然只適合我女兒爬樓梯,睡在那裏。完美的位置,可以短途漫步到街上,在那裏你可以搭電車,再漫步到主廣場。火車站和購物中心在街道的頂部只有幾分鐘的路程。我們做了辛德勒工廠,奧斯威辛-比克瑙作爲我們的主要旅行,但會回來做鹽礦,但認爲我媽媽要走太多台階和台階。整個行程都有驚人的食物和雞尾酒和飲料,肯定會回來的。
