卡茨薩拉斯灣畔酒店(Bayside Hotel Katsaras)

Chambre très humide et oreillers super dure , j'ai attrapé des gros boutons sur les jambes et bras , jamais je n'ai eu cela sur tout les voyages que j'ai fait . Le jour de notre arrivée le rideau de douche etait super sale j'ai interpellé la femme d'ouvrage qui l'as changé mais pas contente . La veille de notre départ la chambre n'as même pas été faite et plus de papier de toilette , je suis allée en prendre dans les toilettes près de la réception. Il y a parmis les drapeaux le drapeau Français donc logiquement on devrais nous parler un peu français rien du tout tout en anglais , allemand et grecque bien entendu. Question du petit déjeuner toujours la même chose aucune variante même pas un croissant et faut pas dire qu'ils ne connaissent pas les croissants car il y en as dans les super market.

L'hôtel est en bord de mer, avec une plage privée. Il y a également une petite terrasse qui propose de la restauration. Une piscine plaisante également. Par contre les avions volent très bas à cet endroit, et le bruit peut déranger. Aussi l'insonorisation des chambres peut-être améliorée.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι υπέροχο. Μόλις μπεις καταλαβαίνεις τι σημαίνει φιλοξενία. Το snack bar βλέπει πιάτο την θάλασσα και το φαγητό είμαι εξαιρετικό. Νικητα, Στηβ, Ειρήνη ήσασταν φοβεροί! Θα ξαναέρθουμε σίγουρα!

Got My purse stolen the same night i arrived,when i was at My balcony and a receptionist, that coulden't keep his hands for him self. My holyday was ruined. Tolk me dayes to close My cards, and get help from othef dannes to loan me money

The hotel was fine but I was not happy with my room. The shower was very small & had a dirty shower curtain so was hard to shower there every day for a week. The decor in the room was very dated. Sheets were changed everyday but nothing else got cleaned for my whole stay. The floor was dirty and as soon as you walk in there is a strange smell. Wardrobe smelt bad too. The taverna on the Beach was great though, food was very good with good prices. I wouldn’t stay here again as it’s just too dirty. I could hear music until midnight which kept me awake. I only used the room for sleeping really. Sorry to leave a bad review but I have to be honest.

Hotel was good and easy to arrive from airport. Nick was very friendly and we felt welcoming, thanks to him for that. The woman with black hair at front desk wasn’t really professional. She claimed us for her own mistake and didnt apologies us, even toho she made a mistake and blamed us for no reason. Not really professional work from her! Otherwise we liked the hotel very much so thanks to others for good stay!

First of all this hotel is in a direct flight path with the airport being a 5 minute car journey away! I was never made aware of this & no one seems to have mentioned it on their reviews either!. The hotel is quite run down & the breakfast is very basic! The staff however were lovely & was always helpful & polite. The rooms aren't great & the showers were broke in both rooms we had. Unfortunately this is certainly not a 4* hotel as advertised. We spent as much time as we could away from the hotel.

Where to start… the staff at the reception and manager Nik were just the best. They helped is with tons of informations, helped us with organisations of day trips and renta car/scooter. Every evening and morning they would ask you how your day was and you can see they remember everything. Then there is their great greek resturant with home made and fresh food. Again the staff there is so kind. They also have great long beach with view on kite surfers and Turkey. It was really hard to leave at the end, they made our trip even better. I’m coming back to them for sure!

For what you pay the hotel is actually quite nice. It’s nice and clean. We did have a bit of trouble with the shower but we went to reception and the guy there was helpful. Staff were always nice and really helpful.
