Just awful service! We arrived at the hotel and were said by WhatsApp to pay deposit without even seeing apartment! When we transferred money, they could not confirm payment for 30 min! We were tired and exhausted from the flight and they could n’t let us check-in. The whole check-in process took about 1 h. When we finally checked in we found that property was in a very weak condition: furniture with scratches, leaking sink, smell of old wood. There was only one towel but booking was for 2 persons. Don’t book from them, there are tons of decent properties for the same money in KL!
