Let's begin with the location. The property is situated away from the city, which is advantageous as it helps avoid long traffic jams when heading towards Solang or Rohtang. However, the road leading to the property is a bit narrow and occasionally experiences congestion, although it's ***ageable. Upon arrival at the property, it's evident that Ms. Urvashi and her team have maintained it well, with expansive lawns, charming cottages, and picturesque views creating a blissful atmosphere. Staying in the Premier room was a delightful experience, albeit marred by a leaky washroom seat, which was a minor inconvenience. Despite Urvashi's preference for Kama products for bathing and grooming, improvements could be made to the comfort of the soap holders. Regarding the dining experience, personally, I enjoyed the food, particularly since I prefer milder flavors. However, my family wasn't entirely satisfied with the dinner quality. While some dishes like Butter chicken and yellow dal were enjoyable, the snacks left much to be desired. Paneer tikka and chicken tandoori were undercooked, and there seemed to be a lack of responsiveness to feedback. The breakfast buffet was decent, although it could have offered more variety given the property's status as MMT Luxe. It was commendable to see Urvashi's General ***ager personally involved during breakfast, serving mouthwatering grilled sandwiches, which was a highlight. Overall, the property offers a pleasant stay, especially considering the absence of major brands in ***ali. However, given the pricing and MMT branding, there is room for improvement, particularly in addressing issues like dining quality and amenities.

Very pleasant place. Even the owner is very humble. She is a good chef choclate fudge😊. One of best in ***ali. All of the staff were friendly though. Neat and clean with all amenities. Food was great. And it is away from city rush so you can find peace in here

On a visit to ***ali we stayed at Urvashi Retreats. The views are stunning if you have the right room. We visited off season so there were only approx 11 guest including us. The rooms were pleasant, clean and warm (given the weather). The staff were very warm and very accommodating. As the hotel was not fully booked the staff were not particularly busy so always at hand. The most off putting part at breakfast and dinner, due to the low guest numbers was a line of six or more staff all staring attentively at you as you ate your meal. This caused some discomfort as we were not able to have any kind of private conversation. The cuisine was of a high standard and as it was out of season the chef was very accommodating and made dishes we requested off menu. The hotel does have a spa but is worth avoiding. It needs a lot of attention to get it to the high standard of the rest of the hotel. When we arrived for our treatment we were not asked to fill out a health form (which is generally standard) p. Upon my treatment finishing, I was offered no water or even 5-10 mins to relax get dressed and come outside. Instead the masseuse commenced to switch the lights on and started to noisily clean the room with no care for the customer experience. This was one of the worst spa experiences I have had. I would however stay at the retreat as overall the hotel is very pleasant and the staff were attentive and courteous.

Our stay in Urvashi's Retreat was amazing. The view of the mountains from the property is stunning and the place is so well maintained with clean and comfortable rooms with attention to detail. The staff is so courteous and a special mention for Baldevji for taking care of our needs. Away from the hustle bustle of ***ali and a must stay if visiting ***ali.

When my husband told me about this place, I was a little hesitant but I am so glad we went. It is a stunning property with the comfiest rooms. We got very lucky as we got to experience the snow and that just enhanced our experience. It is safe to say that the food served here is one of the best you will eat in the area. I absolutely loved their breakfast spread and always looked forward to it. The staff working there are very friendly and helpful so no complains there. We loved the little interactions we had with Urvashi during breakfast. One small feedback I had was, there is a strange smell that pops up in the bathroom sometimes so maybe it is something that can be investigated. Other than that, a brilliant experience.

As the name suggests, Urvashi Retreat is just like an Apsara of ***ali… what a property! We were in Pine Villa ( Premier room) for two nights. It was snowing when we reached. The entire property was covered with untouched white sheets of fresh snow. It was like heaven. Rooms were huge, super cozy with two large balconies, one facing Rothang Pass another with views of Hampta pass. I’ve never stayed in any property with such majestic views. Rooms were well equipped with all modern facilities, heating facilities both in rooms and bathrooms, 24x7 hot water, luxurious shower room. The property was surrounded by snow covered apple orchards. The property is very close to Solang Valley and all major tourist attractions of ***ali. There were ***y picturesque points within the resort where you can take a photos with majestic backgrounds of snow covered mountains. The restaurant was fantastic with superb quality of foods. Surely you will remember the signature dishes like Tandoor Rainbow Trout and ***y others. The property is also equipped with full service spa, indoor play zone, library and bar.. Overall Urvashi Resort and Spa ***ali, by ITC is a destination itself where your soul will like to live and rejuvenate!

This is a beautiful resort kind of place, nestled in the nature...one can enjoy snow capped mountains from the beautiful apple garden ..which also house a small stream of water..passing through the resort. Rooms are as spacious as one can think,, cleaning staff has dedicated attitude with smiles. Staff is superb...the way they serve is commendable as now a days i have observed the staff of some wonderful hotels too throws the weight around . Specific mention.. vinay , bhawani at the restaurant wonderful guys..and reception staff too.. Felt 5 days really flew by fast. Also special mention about food as it's really important for food to be delectable fr great holiday. Food is awesome...chef at the backhand needs a special mention...u rock 👍 .. location is great. Now the down side..We took spa...to be specific Balanise message therapy. This is the only facility which got us disappointed... undertrained staff..what a waste of time and money. That's something i wudnt recommend to anyone. Rest our experience was something to remember and cherish. Thank you all👏

I don’t know from where to start but just in one word to start of with is EXCELLENT….(location to food to staff hospitality everything) We stayed there for 6 nights celebrated new years with them. Everything from their hospitality of the staff , the gm MISS ANKITA and not to miss THE OWNER HERSELF MISS URVASHI SINGH were brilliant. When you have the owner herself taking care of the guest like a family makes a lot of differences. Everything was taken care. The location is to die for, and the best thing we enjoyed was the lunch picnic which was arranged by MISS URVASHI for us in the woods between mountains and a little water body was just enchanting. Urvashis Retreat is gonna be our annual holiday for sure.

Beautiful hotel in great location away from centre of town which made it wonderfully quiet. Our room was the most basic in the hotel, yet was just beautiful and felt like we were in a private cabin. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were the best hotel pillows I ever slept on. Everything is well maintained and clean. There was ample hot water for showering. Staff are friendly and accomodating. Breakfast service had great range, was fresh and well prepared. Chai was excellent and made even better with the beautiful views of the mountains.
