The venue is too good.. nice food. Cooperative staff. Central location. Cottages give you a vacay feel. Time to pack up and visit this place. Rates are worth the experience. Games and open field for play makes family time more Memorable. Good place.

Excellent room service, location is also very nice, surrounded by mountains.They provide us separate villa . Whole property is full of greenery with full of oxygen, away from city life. We were on couple trip, we really enjoyed our stay at Kumbhal garh safari camp.

Today I called to booking staff for an enquiry about the Room availability and Price, so someone from your staff talked very rudely. The Person's name is Amit Gogiya When I informed him that the price on other sites is quite low around 3 to 4 K then the person talked very rudely over the phone and insulted me like hell. He was shouting over the phone and He was not even ready to listen to the other person. This hotel staff did not know how to handle their customers. We are also working in a corporate company and this is not the way to talk with their clients. I am a gold member of Club Mahindra and I am a respectful person of this country. This is not the way to talk WORST WORST WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

The property is average at best, rooms are clean but no sunlight comes in, also due to tent fabricated roof the room is always cold and doesn't get cosy. The food is very expensive for the quality and there are ***y better restaurants nearby which have better menus and good prices, there is a lot of foul smell from the bathroom drains so exhaust needs to be kept on all the time We felt the property is not value for money

Was a great experience. Jeep safari with Abdulla was awesome. Staff was very friendly and helpful.Food was delicious. Guests few tents away were very loud at 3 am, drinking outside the tent, that was very very annoying. We called reception but that didn't help. Please try to refrain insensitive people who wouldn't have basic respect of fellow travellers
