Hotel infrastructure is good. Room service needs to be improved. Front staff need to be professional.

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed. The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness. Had one of the worst experience in my life. Staff are terrible. Front desk guys were worst and lazy. I request for a room freshner because room smell, i will wait half an hour for room freshner with thrice times request. I went there and they have no consideration. Rooms are worst quality. Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere. There are not water bottle in rooms. Shower not working properly. Food is good but didn't gave any chutney auro pickle. I didn't stay there for their poor service and leave the hotel in just 5 hours. Totally waste of money. I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time. Consider me, dont go with this place.

The rooms were good however, the service from staff including receptionist was pathetic. Will not recommended anyone to make the booking here the staffs including receptionist lack etiquettes, are very slow

Nice hotel with a courteous staff and in particular front desk officer ready to help always. Checking in and out was handled nicely. Food at the restaurant is avarage and prices are very high of the dishes. Prices are of five star hotel.

My kids were hackle d over there like anything. Misbehavior of the stuff and no food even after due payment.

Two room were booked but only i got one. They only give me one and tolt it was luxury room. They provide two complimentary breakfast for this. I think how it's possible that u book two room and got only one room.

Everything location was very easy, food was excellent. Service was perfect. We visited as part of geeta jayanti.

I have check-in at around 6 pm. They have ample time to check and clean the rooms but they didn't. Although it was a good experience overall. Still some reviews on specific areas are food: tasty with good quality, but slightly smaller portions. Staff: polite and helpful in their behavior. Amenities: geyser had issues, ac and lighting were good. Hygiene: room cleanliness could be improved; they changed bedsheets upon request. Tables and cupboards were not thoroughly clean. Suggestion: the hotel should ensure room readiness before guest arrival. Overall: a pleasant experience overall. Convenient location with many nearby outlets (pizza hut, domino's, small cafes, and showrooms.

Hotel is a very good place to stay. Location, food is very good. Rooms are clean, spacious and well maintened. But no towels and toiletries were provided. We have to ask them for everything. They even don't know what is meant by handwash. They did't provide it. But the housekeeping staff was supportive. Charges for water are double. They charge 45 rs for a water bottle. And last but not least, when we told this to the manager at the time of checkout, he even didn't bother to react.
