Location good but service very poor room not clean every day. Food cost very high.

It should be renamed as a guest house, it's not a hotel. Worst services, stinking bed covers, no staff, worst experience.

Clean rooms. Nice food and restaurant ambiance was awesome. Also location was too good very nearest to mall.

Hotel staff was responsive and helpful. The room was value for money however they could improve the lighting in the rooms and overall ambience of the hotel. The restaurant on ground floor had very poor lighting. There was nothing exciting to encourage me to return to this hotel. I will explore other properties in the similar price range. Regards,

Room is not clean and staff aren’t well trained. Room lighting is poor. Hot water at night is an issue. Bed sheets were not well taken care of.
