Böyle bir otele yakışmayacak ölçüde kötü bir kahvaltı; bayat ekmekler bozulmak üzere olan peynirler market salamları mikroskobik ölçüde domates ve meyve, gönülsüzce yapılan omlet vesaire vesaire.... Resepsiyondaki çalışanlar çok iyi ve yardımsever. Oda çok güzel, ancak havuza baktığı için dışarıdan müzik bas sesi gürültüsü geliyor. Böcek sorunu var...

L'hôtel est très bien situé, au calme à quelques pas de la rivière et à moins de 10 minutes à pied du Green Bazaar. L'idéal pour découvrir Kutaisi à pied ! Le personnel était extrêmement attentionné et aidant. Il nous a même préparé un petit déjeuner à emporter le jour où nous devions quitter l'hôtel plus tôt que prévu pour une excursion. Le restaurant Doli situé dans le même bâtiment est excellent. On peut y goûter à la cuisine de la région avec un choix impressionnant de vins locaux. Nous avons eu droit à un verre de vin offert !

This small hotel and restaurant Doli are beautiful. Rooms are very nice with all amenities and comfortable beds. Breakfast and generally food in the restaurant are fantastic. Located very centrally in a nice neighborhood. The hotel is newly opened and staff is great and very helpful. I highly recommend this place. I’ve been to several hotels in Kutaisi and Communal is the best. Will be coming back.

The hotel Communal is located in the heart of Kutaisi - 7 minute walk to the center and 1 minute to the White Bridge. The interior is authentic, the room is furnished and the bed is very comfortable. Service staff attentive and caring. Breakfast is delicious and restaurant Doli is the perfect place for delicious lunch and dinner. Wine lovers will find a very good selection of small Georgian wineries in Doli. I advise everyone to definitely visit Communal Hotel and Doli Restaurant in Kutaisi…

Great cozy and stylish hotel in the hear of kutaisi. You'll have best experience inside and out. Top service , great music. Suite with bathtub is full of amenities, well decorated- with fireplace and deep soaking bathtub. You can reserve restaurant DOLI , which has best imeretian and megrelian cuisine with tasteful coctails. For the breakfast you'll have an amazing eggs and coffe. Highly recommend.

An old building in a lovely area, very quiet, well laid out rooms, comfortable to stay, and absolutely fantastic breakfast. Its location too is very central, walking distance to restaurants and bars and Restaurant Doli which is located in the hotel building is must visit.

Amazing Hotel overall, great hospitality by hosts, fantastic local breakfast, truly remarkable interiors and all of this in the centre of historical town. It was a couples getaway for us and Communal really made it as our best stay. Can’t recommend more!

Most friendly and helpful staff, lovely and great first impression of hotel .The room was wonderful.Everything about hotel was exceptional.Food was incredibly delicious and great value for money. We enjoyed our stay very much and can't wait for our trip!

Communal keeps it cool in Kutaisi too. 🫰🏼 amazing room, staff, breakfast, service. Christmas decorations was cutest and i liked overall interior as well. Would like to recommend, surely best place to stay in Kutaisi
