藝術民宿(Art in B&B)

Very good simple B&B accommodations in Salerno Centro. Within walking distance of many restaurants, attractions and shops in the old section of Salerno. Our room was clean and comfortable. There is a small balcony overlooking the street below, but I still found it quiet for sleeping by 9-10PM. We also never heard noise from other guests. Breakfast was provided and there was coffee and tea available at any time. I am sorry I don't remember the young woman's name, but she was very friendly. She asked what we wanted each morning. We had juice, coffee/tea, eggs, croissants (Fantastic!) and cereal. She also provided us with information on sightseeing in and around Salerno. The only thing I was not fond of was the storage for clothes on the rack system and the water heater made noise when calling for hot water. But they were minor issues. We stayed 4 nights and could not be happier with the location. There is no lift, which is typical in older refurbished apartments in Italy, but that is not a problem for us. You feel like you are living more like a local in a place like this than a hotel.

posizione ottima . parcheggio a 50 mt a pagamento ( un po caro ) disponibile .Host molto disponibile e attento ma purtroppo NON ha la colazione . servizio disponibile a pagamento extra presso un bar convenzionato. non rientra nella tipologia di struttura . Come affittacamere soddisfacente Come B&B purtroppo un'enorme delusione ... mancava la seconda B . peccato per non aver lasciato neanche una bottiglietta d'acqua di benvenuto ad agosto con 38 gradi

Great location in the old town. Staff was very accommodating and we were able to drop off our bags before checkin so we could explore the city as soon as we arrived.

Pros: Very good location to explore the area and catch public transport. Daily Housekeeping was nice. Cons: Breakfast isn’t at the property and isn’t really proper breakfast. It’s just one pastry and a coffee you get from a local cafe nearby. Air conditioner was blowing out black dust and heater part of it wasn’t working when we tried to use it. Shower wouldn’t drain properly.

Good location, prompt service

B&B was clean and comfortable. Large room with large windows providing natural light and fresh air. Many shops and services, as well as waterfront promenade, within short walking distance. No staff was on hand during self-serve breakfast period to show us how to use coffee maker. TV did not work.

NON E' PROPRIO "FANTASTICO" - Vi ho soggiornato, con mia moglie, per due notti a capodanno, accolto con molta cortesia dall'addetta alla struttura, Mary, che con la sua disponibilità ha in parte sopperito alle carenze esistenti , aiutandoci a portare su i bagagli per 4 rampe di scale ( non risulta segnalata sul sito booking l'assenza di ascensore, fatto importante per chi ha delle aritmie cardiache, come me). peraltro, la camera King, per quanto ampia, si affaccia sui vicinissimi muri di fronte, facendo accedere poca luce naturale... colazione dignitosa, ma molto contenuta (è fantasiosa e fuori luogo la replica del titolare Davide, che narra di colazioni varie, ricche ed abbondanti, mettendo in dubbio la mia buona fede , non volendo accettare le osservazioni, veritiere ed utili per l'utenza, la prende come un fatto personale,e cerca di ribaltare la realtà... anzichè provare, per quanto possibile, a migliorarla)

Das B&B liegt sehr zentral. Wenige Schritte von Bars und Restaurants und auch in der Nähe der Sehenswürdigkeiten. Tipp topp. Grazie.
