Очень аутентичное место, сделанное с любовью. Ненавязчивый, но эффективный и вежливый персонал. Сауна, джакузи, бассейн, лежаки, вид на озеро. Вкусная еда в ресторане, расположенном в 500 метрах. Красивые хайки кругом. Тихая деревня.

This is one of the most magical historical stays in sevan. The lake is a 10 minute walk from the hotel, a raw beautiful beach with calmness and fresh air. The hotel is so affordable for what it offers; the rooms are carefully designed with artisanal elements of wool, clay, metal & much more. The bed comfort was superb and the cleanliness is top. The whole facilities are sparkling clean with a heritage look and feel. The receptionist Alina was so kind and generous with history information and many other answers for our curious questions. You can use most of the facilities for free which makes this place the best vacation for couples, groups of friends or family reunion. The experience is perfected by a nice 8 minute walk to the restaurant which is a whole experience on its own. Food prepared with love by local cooks and also with very VERY affordable price. You could have wine, fresh lake fish & many more for less than 15 $ per person ! Last but not the least, all staff are hospitable & amazing. I’m so grateful to meet Alina she really made sure our stay was special. For transportation there’s only one busy from-to Yervan. Trains only work in July & august. A taxi is a good option but it will cost around 50$ per trip. The location is further than touristic points around the lake, it’s towards a cute village called Tsapatagh. Kind people there & many beautiful peaceful animals. Note: for a destination wedding this is the place!

This hotel is a small boutique hotel located in the small village of Tsepatagh along the east shore of beautiful Lake Sevan. Sunsets are spectacular. Staff are helpful and friendly, and can organize any number of activities (off roading, cycling, swimming). We did off roading up the mountain in a Russian made Uuza which provided magnificent aerial views of the lake. We also went to a nice beach at Armenia Camp, about 11km from the hotel, which was great for swimming and the price was free with arrangements made through the hotel. Amenities were good, with a pool, jacuzzi, bar, billiards, ping pong and an assortment of board games. Things to know - hotel is on the opposite side of the road from the lake, and restaurant is off site (about a 5 minute walk). Food was good and there was a good choice of local wines. This is a great place to stay to appreciate the lake and get away from the hustle and bustle of Yerevan.

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits (2 chambres) et l'accueil a été excellent. Chambre et literie rien à redire : peut être un peu sombre : il faudrait revoir l'éclairage. La piscine et le jacuzzi au top (eau chauffée à 24 °) . Le restaurant se trouve à proximité et nécessite une petite marche. Très agréable terrasse. Petit déjeuner impeccable. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir

A nice-located, clean and great hotel where you can relax and have fun at the same time. The variety of activities and the amazing landscape gave me the rest I needed. Let’s not forget about the friendly and polite staff.

Хороший персонал, очень чисто, очень вкусно, очень интеллигентно, колоритно. прямо рядом с Севаном и с горами. Очень понравилось. Есть чем заниматься. Хороший вайфай, красивые локации внутри. с камином и так далее.
